Potential fake shop generated by AI, unprofessional customer service

This shop looks like it’s generated by AI and fake. The German business registration number stated on the website does not exist, the business story, people and fotos mentioned under “About Us” cannot be verified anywhere. All reasons to highly doubt this shops’ integrity.

I placed an order and then quickly cancelled after I checked their business registration, fortunately without having handed over any credit card details. I went through PayPal, the processing of the refund by nicehair/nicebeauty was unprofessional as I actively had to ask Customer Service - who luckily replied - to free up the blocked amount. Customer Service is only available in English despite having a German-language website, and their replies seem generic (either sent from Britta, Rikke or Emma) and highly unprofessional (use of Emojis, casual language, reply from “nicehair” despite having ordered from “nicebeauty” - which could be a rip-off of the trustworthy “niche-beauty.com”).

If you can, order from a brand you truly trust. If you’re ordering here because you found a product below market price, or you found something that is sold out everywhere else, think twice before handing over any payment info here. If you do receive a product from this shop, check for quality (some fake shops send out fake goods and manage to stay up for a while before being discovered and moving on to the next AI-generated URL). And if you do receive fake goods or end up with your credit card data stolen, immediately talk to your bank and the police, so that others may be protected from further fraud.

Also, I placed my order on the German site. Why I’m being sent to the Dutch page for a trust-pilot review is far from trustworthy business behavior.

PS: I never received the personal reply as stated below by the customer service rep. I did get a refund from PayPal; however, my suspicion of this being an unprofessional operation is not convincingly disputed by the shop’s reply below. Also, the fact that any customer service would disclose private information that is solely between client & business (like what happened with parcels, or who allegedly sent whom a screenshot) on a public platform like trustpilot does not create more trust. If you’re truly not a fake shop, you should be extremely shocked (!) by any claim in that direction and reconsider the way you’re presenting yourself on social media, your website and in your overall communications.

The package was not delivered. As it was a Christmas Calender, starting with 01.12., it is really a mess not to have received it!!

Order cancelled

On 22nd November I placed an order for a product, on 23rd I called customer service to confirm that my order is in place and it will be delivered. I've got the confirmation and on 24th November my order was cancelled due to a "warehouse mistake". They offered a 7$ gift card, because money solve everything.
