Parts arrived quickly and in good condition. There’s so much stuff to get, I have to control myself instead of just ordering crazy

I have a 2022 HD road glide and 2020 Street Glide. I am always looking to upgrade my engine components and aesthetics. When i first came across Nicecnc, i was curious about their products based on what i saw on their website. I started with one part which was a vented transmission cover and i was sooo impressed with the quality of the cover. The company we all know sell these for 500 and Nicecnc well under 1/4 of the cost. Aluminum and craftsmanship was beyond my expectations and i have since ordered more parts and none have ever disappointed me. For those on the fence and we use “_Made in America” benchmark to justify paying exorbitant fees because of the quality expectations. This company in my opinion exceeds those standards for much lower price. i have failed victim to Amazon China made products that i immediately sent back because of the quality. With Nicecnc, there are no worries because they put in the work to ensure quality well packaged products. My only wish, both of my bikes are chrome so i would suggest to them to have chrome as additional color choice. Guys keep doing the great work and while i still ride, you have a customer for a long time.

So far, the adventure bike mods and accessories are performing just as they should. I was surprised at how quickly my orders got to my door.

I've purchased several aftermarket items for my 2018 Suzuki DR-Z 400 SM and have been extremely satisfied with quality, function, and appearance of all items. Everything has fit great. The pricing is awesome and I would recommend this NiceCNC to anyone looking for some upgrades to their DR-Z. Two thumbs up

Quick shipping and well made part. Do not fit my 25 wr250f they are 22mm. My fault. googled and said 22. Measured my axle after order 25mm. Bored to 25 but washer cutout too small. Now pretty junk. Lol. Would suggest adding 22mm to description.

I have purchased several accesories from NiceCNC and have been very impressed quality and pricing which is substantially lower than competitors.

I’m even more impressed with their support. My most recent purchase was for a cargo rack for my ktm 890 adventure. Less than 2 weeks after I purchased the rack I laid the bike over and bent the rack. I sent an email to NiceCNC to see if they would be willing to offer a price break with replacing the rack since. just purchased the damaged one. They agreed to send out a replacement at No charge. I can’t imagine any of tbe higher priced competitors would make this offer.

Awesome parts and quick shipping

I’ve bought several Harley-Davidson parts from NiceCNC over time. Their machining quality is genuinely good. Unfortunately, the integrity of their after-sales conduct is not.

I ordered an item in the wrong colour from their UK stock. I contacted them promptly to return it, the item is unused and still in original packaging, and I even ordered the same product again in the correct colour — which they were very happy to ship.

What followed was not “Easy Returns”. It was obstruction.

They still have not confirmed acceptance of the return, they argue over the process, and are trying to impose a 15% restocking fee simply because I ordered the wrong colour. They even tried to convince me to re-sell it!!

Dealing with NICECNC 'customer service' is like trying to deal with a backstreet dodgy market trader in a bad part of town.

For UK buyers, this is not just poor service — it’s unacceptable. When goods are shipped from a UK fulfilment address, consumers have a clear cooling-off right. Sellers can require return postage, but trying to penalise customers with arbitrary restocking fees for exercising that right shows exactly how little they respect their own “Easy Returns” marketing.

This experience confirms a pattern:
NiceCNC is helpful while taking your money, but difficult the moment you need support.

Their customer service is appauling
Their returns process is certainly not “easy”.

I won’t buy from them again, and UK customers should think very carefully before assuming their advertised returns policy will actually be honoured.

I brought a rear top luggage rack for my Africa twin 1100.
The quality was absolutely amazing and fit perfectly well on the bike.

Quality parts given the price point. I've bought many different items for my KTM and Gas Gas and have been pleased with their quality and customer service responsiveness.

The parts purchased were very nicely made, and shipping was fairly fast.

I ended up ordering 3 different parts at 3 different times over the past week. As I was ordering the 3rd I noticed that there was a discount for ordering 2 or 3 at the same time, not sure how I missed it, however I sent a message asking if I could get some type of discount, which for the 3 was 18%, for ordering the 3 parts and was easily given a 15% discount code no questions asked which they didn't have to do at all so thank you again!!

Exactly what I was expecting! The handlebar front barrel storage bag matches the description, fits well and feels solid for the price. Shipping was on time with no issues. Happy with the purchase.

I’ve purchased two products from NICECNC, and I’m extremely happy with both. The craftsmanship is excellent, the pricing is very fair, and the fit and finish were spot on.
