I ordered a jelly bra, I was thanked for my order immediately and was told if I needed any help or advice I was to get in touch, I had at least 3 emails saying this and when the bra arrived I had another email letting me know it had been delivered, brilliant service I thought but NO, the bra I ordered was a L to fit my 38dd, the one I received would fit 32 boobs with a 50 inch back, I emailed to say i had received the wrong size and it wasn’t satisfactory, I emailed about 6 times asking for a response but none came, please save your money and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Recently bought a bra which didn’t fit so I wanted to return. Contacted the customer service team who refused to give me a return address and offered me 4 GBP as a refund. They are a complete scam. Keep your money and don’t buy from them!

Ordered a bra that was of the cheapest material and to fit a v small person certainly nothing like the advertised picture.
Tried everything to get a refund but they offered me 4 pounds to keep the unsuitable item !!!!!
I will never use again .in the past I've used temu and tik tok shop and never had any trouble .im sticking with them from now on

Waiting for my item since early Nov. Now 21 Dec and still not received it. You need to review delivery methods. No need to wait this long for anything. I get parcels to Australia from UK to my daughter in less than half this time! Do not order if you want something reasonably quickly. Emailed them and they are not interested I am English! To date. It arrived in perfect condition. The colour is vivid, the text on the stand is legible. It really looks amazing! I will order from Nice Little Things again.
