My husband really loved it

My husband really loved it! (Me too!). I saw an ad on Facebook, checked reviews and placed my order. I had an issue with a picture that I really wanted to use but the quality of photo wasn’t good. They really tried to make it work. They were honest about the quality and didn’t just send me a poster that looked bad. I really appreciate that! I was able to provide another photo that made our poster quality spot on!! Thank you!!!

Excellent

I apparently "won" Christmas this year with my gifts. Everything came out great and it was real easy to work with through the site. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend!!

Good final product but communication lacking

Updates to poster changes were quick replies but not accurate. I made several changes to my poster because a name and/or the sentence structure was not right, when they corrected one error another popped up. I finally settled with i, the final product looked good and fast delivery, but communication with the operator making changes needs to be better.
