"NICESNK" AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this website. New balance 990 teddy Santis. 1st pair was a 9.5uk the other was a size 10uk. Price was £150 for each pair when they are usually £200+ so went ahead as good price, looked great, looked like a fully legit site. I ordered the 1st pair and 3 days later i tried a similar pair on in the new balance store in London and found i needed to go half a size up due to feel and when talking to one of the staff members in there. I spoke to Nicesnk via email and asked for an exchange for the half size up. They said the smaller pair i.e the 9.5uk's have already been dispatched... They agreed once the smaller pair arrive you can go ahead and return them and get your money back. So stupidly i went ahead and bought the size up as well! These were the size 10uk's i mentioned earlier. So the two pairs of trainers arrived. I asked for a return address etc in which they aired all questions i asked on emails and replied things that were not relevant at all. This was incredibly frustrating as nothing was moving forwards and things were beginning to seem like a waste of time. So I looked into this further and contacted the American number on the website which was actually the nice kicks address based in San francisco! This is a completely different company! I phoned the number registered to the London address on coronation street (details of addresses are located at the bottom of this review). The number on the address through google came up with a kitchen/cold room company, so a complete scam! The owners of the kitchen company had no idea who nicesnk were even after being there for 10-15 years! i cant remember the exact figure they said but i think it was around this. The shoes arrived and they were in mint condition, good fakes to be fair. However the green was slightly paler to the original. I would avoid this company at all costs! I'm now £300 down with two fake pairs of shoes... I'm obviously unable to sell these to make even some kind of the money back!

Don't buy from Nicesnk…

I purchased a pair of New Balance 990 running shoes from this site. The price was substantially below any other price I could find. I can only assume that's because they were fake. They looked EXTREMELY real when I received them. They broke (eyelet snapped) 40 days into use. I developed a stress fracture in my foot from running with them. The company would not respond to my emails. I can only assume Nicesnk is a scam.

If I could rate zero I would

If I could rate zero I would. The shoes are fakes sent from China. The returns policy on the website states a UK return address, but they ask you to send to Vietnam at the buyers expense. By the looks of it, nobody signs for delivery on the other side and no refunds are given. Have reported this company

After numerous back and forth emails they offer me a 25% coupon on my next purchase. Like I will be spending another penny with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Fake goods - poor quality and size

Fake goods, Poor service and they want to charge £50 to return the fake good to get a refund. Buy on PayPal to protect yourself is this is the only place that sells what you want in the style you want!
Warning - the shoes come labelled as size 5 UK for example both in the shoe and on the box... however they are half the size of a genuine pair when held up. totally useless. they should be shut down

100% Fraud!

100% Fraud!! DO NOT PURCHASE FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY. This SCAM is a foreign based OPERATION out of South East Asia, while appearing to be a legit American based company.

I ordered a pair of Red Adidas Samba notitles, in size 11.5. I received a pair of size 8.5 Nike Air Zooms, from a 3rd party shipping company, out of Los Angeles.

I paid for 3-5 shipping, received a United States Post office tracking number. The tracking number tracked the package, which appeared to be stuck at a USPS shipping center in LA, for weeks and weeks.

I finally complained to Nicksnk and received a customer service response, with offers of discounts for my next purchase.

I continued to ask for a refund or I would file a fraud complaint with my bank and other groups.

Long story short, yesterday I received a Fedex package with a pair of KNOCKOFF Red Samba Notitles!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GROUP, IT'S A SCAM.

FAKE TRAINERS FROM VIETNAM

The trainers are fakes sent over from Vietnam. Don't buy from this website.
I ordered the trainers and when they hadn't arrived after a few day and the Royal Mail link showed 'Waiting for order', I started to get suspicious. I emailed customer support who told me to wait for my trainers and that they were on their way. I then check Trust Pilot and discovered that they are scammers. The trainers arrived and in all fairness, it was a good fake but I ordered technical running trainers with carbon and a specific foam for performance and you can't fake Nike technology.
I've asked for a refund and they offered me 25% and to keep the shoes. I said no and so they told me I have to send the shoes to Vietnam for inspection before a refund. I asked for a payment up front for the postage and my refund and all has gone quiet. So I'm now daily contacting people who might be able to stop the busies selling these trainers and sending copies to the company in hope that they will eventually either get shut down or refund my money...we'll see.
