I ordered a hoodie recently. I received several emails regarding my order status stating that there may be delays due to Covid. I still received my order within 10 business days. It seems to be good quality, and the correct size. I will use them again!!

If only you could leave 0 stars. I ordered two t-shirts from this company. They took 3 weeks to arrive. When they were received, they were different than pictured on the website. The logo was supposed to be a fist sized logo in the top left chest area of the shirt. Instead, I received a logo that covered the entire front of the shirt, right in the middle. Their website says for issues to submit a claim and within 72 hours you will receive a reply. I submitted a claim and sent an email. 5 days later, still no response. I sent another email. The next day, I submitted another claim. Within hours of submitting the second claim, I received a reply stating that I could only submit one claim per order. 2 days later, I sent a third email informing them of my intent to take them to the Better Business Bureau. 24 hours after, no response, so I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Nearly 2 weeks after my claim, I received an email asking me to send them pictures regarding the defect. I did. Three days later, I still have no resolution, no reply email, a shirt I refuse to wear because it is not what I ordered. Nothing. Do not order from this company.

The T shirt I ordered took forever to arrive. When it did I was extremely disappointed. The print quality is horrible - it looks like it has been washed and put in the dryer for years. The material is cheap, cheap, cheap, cotton Fruit of the Loom. It has no shape and just hangs. I ordered a woman's medium and it has to be a man's medium. This company's web page says "Because our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site."
Their customer service rep completely dodged this guarantee and said my claim didn't qualify for a refund. This company is a rip off, save your money. I also doubt this product is made in the USA.

If I could leave Zero stars, I would! They have had my order for more than 15 days. I have contacted them, well it has shipped DHL, however the number they gave me is for USPS! Also, DHL doesn't even have my package, according to their Customer service! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Came quickly, wears well.and sonfar has washed well. No shrinkage or disruption of the print
