Fast delivery and quick replacement for the wrong shipment, very uncomplicated!

Some of their products are really great and price/value killers. They are eager to help and very kind. If you order in a Sale Period, you have to wait a while on your order since it not a huge company but you then have an even higher Price/Value Ratio.

I love the prodcuts since day 1! After multiple great deliveries I received an damaged package. When I reached out to them a very kind customer service girl wrote me a very lovely E-Mail and a missing product was send on its way right away. I couldnt be happier with my customer service experience. I will stay a loyal and Happy Niche beauty Labby ^-^.

I had a small issue with my order losing traceability, but the Niche Beauty Lab customer service team — especially Adriana — handled everything beautifully. She was kind, fast to respond, and proactively offered to resend the package to avoid further delays. The communication was friendly and clear, and the whole experience felt personal and professional.

It’s rare these days to come across such genuinely helpful support. I felt well taken care of, and I’ll definitely continue shopping here. Highly recommended!

Everything is always great! Orders always arrive within a few days, customer service responded to my inquiry about a product within 16 hours and I personally think the products (and prices) are very good.
I don't understand the negative comments.

I have only good experience with this brand & their eshop. Products are always packed well, arrive on time & without any problems. I had to return product once & the customer service was really helpful. I always get response only few minutes after writing there. Highly recommending💖

The employees of this store are very good, help, respond promptly and are very kind to customers. As for products, these are my favorite products. Each product is unique and helps a lot in my home routine.

Terrible company. This is not the first time I order from them, even on the eve of the New Year I received everything on time. But my last order…. On January 27, a label was created for UPS, and that’s it…..Standard responses in the mail and waiting for more than 2 weeks. It’s good that you can complain to the bank about fraud. I do not recommend

My first order went smoothly and arrived super fast. Unfortunately, one product broke after some time. I reported it and immediately received a very friendly response. They replaced it without any hassle. Communication was excellent, and I will definitely keep ordering from them because their products are amazing!

I placed an order on 25th of January. On their website you can look up how much time it usually takes to ship the order. I waited but after the Status of my Order didn’t change for over a week I contacted the customer service. I got a nice reply two days later that they are experiencing delays because of an increase in orders.
Another day later was my package on the way. It arrived safely with no damages.
So in my experience the customer service was nice. It was just some patience needed. Maybe they are experiencing a shortage of staff like so many other companys.

The products to me are the best out there. When some items were missing in my latest order, their customer service team replied quickly and re-sent them to me without hesitation. Communication always was very professional and sweet. All in all a really good experience! I ordered many times before and always am very happy with my order (:

SCAMMERS BE CAREFUL!!!
They are scammers! I have ordered face cleanser and spf. Never received the products. UPS have been unable to locate the parcel. I emailed them for refund and Julia form Customer Experience Team replied that they do not refund me my money. I lost £30!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I need to report them to the police and bank. They have stolen my money!!!!

Super great products. I love all the products they create. Super helpful customer service. Only the delivery time is a bit longer than I expected, but I am satisfied with their service in general that’s why I rate it 5 🌟
