What happened to your tracking system?
I love my recent purchase. Quality is better than expected and colors are as pictured on website. Shipping took a longer than I was led to believe and I was unable to track. I kept checking the tracking and it gave me the impression that item had not yet shipped. I was definitely surprised when I opened my front door and it was sitting on my porch.

Although it did take longer to receive than what I had anticipated, the item was packed well and delivered without any issues.

Niche has a gigantic collection of paintings that surely will exceed what you can imagine! I prefer bold big abstract colors; I’ve bought 3 in last 30 days! The packaging was so beautifully done and impervious to any type of shipping handling, doubled boxed and wrapped,taped your print is better than imagined. I did ask customer service to include inches as well as cm’s to ensure all customers had easy to determine size knowledge.

Incorrect shipment
I ordered and paid for a framed canvas. I received an unframed canvas. Of course, mistakes can happen. No problem. I immediately contacted the seller. After sending multiple pictures and over a week later, they still have not provided a solution. It appears that I will need to contact my credit card company to resolve.

We received complete documentation on June 29th. (Two business days ago). We usually need 24h to process the replacement order plus the usual production and shipping time.
