I had a repair to the wiring done, the whole system circuit tested, and a new consumer unit installed. Allan managed and carried out the work. He was very prompt and extremely courteous and professional. Formal quotes were provided for the work, which I appreciated. Allanarrived as scheduled, and took the time and trouble to explain what he was doing and why. The standard of work was excellent. I am very satisfied overall and expect to use Allan/ Nichols Electrical in the future.

When I first made contact, I was astonished to receive a visit the very same afternoon where Allan scoped the job. The quote arrived the following day and the job was booked in shortly afterwards. Allan arrived on time, did everything as promised and in accordance with the quote. He had time to listen to questions, provided all the answers and I will be booking him again later in the year. The proce was fair and completely justifiable. It is a good while since I have come across a prompt, reliable and honest tradesman such as Allan or firm such as Nicholls Electrical Services. 100% recommendation.

Dave, Billy and team are extremely reliable, contactable and their work is to a high standard at all times. No job is too big or too small for this team but they treat each electrical task with full review and detail, providing full quotation on email prior to confirming the job. I have used Nicholls electrical for all my domestic requirements in Lytham and can highly recommend.

The team were supporting the installation of new hot water cylinder. They were on time and completed the work within the timescale expected. There was a little mess left behind in one of the cupboards, but to be fair I hadn't emptied the cupboard so it would have been hard for them to clear up. I would have emptied it if I'd been prompted.

What wonderful service this company gave us .
The electricians arrived at the time arranged. They were very informed about the job we needed doing (this was explained to a different man who came to give the quote) therefore not having to explain a 2nd time.
The guy that did the job had an apprentice with him and I heard him asking the apprentice questions and the apprentice asking him questions and explained things to the young man. Also the price quoted was the price charged so we knew exactly what we were paying beforehand.
Very impressed with this company and will call them again should the need arise.

Contacted the firm based on internet search / reviews - needed a series of small jobs indoors and outdoors / garden lights etc. to our barn conversion. Communication was great from the start and the guys arrived on time and did everything without any hassle. Polite and great to deal with and we are delighted with the job. Cleaned up afterwards and provided follow up / compliance certificates within hours of completion. We are having them back for more work soon and would recommend 100%
