I've had an excellent online experience with Nick, who called me after I wrote to the store about an item in my order. Nick called me personally, gave great advice, went above and beyond, and delivered an excellent item. I'll definitely use again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bought a snugpak sf bivi and sleeping bag from Nick for the first time. It arrived later than anticipated but honestly the best customer service ive ever had. I chased my order up and nick actually phoned to inform me what was going on! Really good guy. He told me he only had the bivi in xl but would not charge me extra for it. Where do you hear that nowadays?! Items have arrived and checked them out. They seem great and will be putting them to the test. Definitely recommend Nicks Kit based solely on his customer service alone. Have found my new go to place for the future. Thanks Nick!

Had What I needed at a better price than ayone online. I got Snugpak SF1 sleep bag in mulit pattern. As I needed in hurry for a trip orderd on tuesday.. got no update about dispatch so called the shop .. Nice guy answer explaining online sales person not in till thursday.. I was fine with that asked if I could maybe get it by weekend (trip) he explained that may not be possible.. I was ok with that so rang off.. still happy with the price so its worth the wait... got a message from Nick on thursday morning saying hes sent it out next day delivery.. Wow now thats customer service at no extra cost to me at the time.. arrived fast and well packaged.. So to Nick I've ordered more stuff from your wonderful shop thanks for that:) great customer service .. prices a great and the personal touch is brill too
