Overall a good experience. Ordered and had parcels delivered within two days. One item was not what I ordered but returns system was easy with A Post prepay and I received confirmation the items returned were received and refund being processed.

Jeans sizes are very small
Hi, I ordered two pairs of on sale jeans. Both arrived within a couple of days. On pair of jeans were not what I had ordered and both were way too small. Sizes are very small. Sent both back and paid An Post 6euro to return them very disappointed

The trousers I bought was XXL in size…
The trousers I bought was XXL in size but was far too small when it arrived. It will cost €5 to return it. I’m disappointed as I usually have a good experience with Nicola Ross products. The sizing was all wrong in this pants.
