Agree with everyone! A total ripoff. I have learned my lesson the hard way and will be donating the items to charity! Disgraceful company that should be shut down immediately.

I ordered two linen and cotton shirts. One was described as embroidered. When they arrived FROM CHINA they were a low quality synthetic jersey material, not cotton or linen. The shirt which was supposed to be embroidered had an image of embroidery printed on it. The quality of the stitching was poor with raw edges visible under the collar and at the keyhole neck opening. The company markets themselves as "coastal" and from Nantucket but they are neither. They also use the term "Free Shipping in the US", implying they are in the US. They are not.

I would have given this zero stars if available. Definitely a scam. Product is absolutely nothing like the picture.

I would honestly give a rating of 0 stars if that was an option. Website for this store is obviously fake. Very deceptive- they claim to be a small Nantucket boutique when actually they are based in China. The clothing is cheaply made, polyester fabric without any labels or tags containing brand name, fabric material, size, or instructions for care. The website claims that the items are cotton and linen blend and this is a complete falsehood. The clothes are probably the worst quality that I have ever purchased. They claim to offer a 30 day return guarantee but when I tried to return the items I was told I would have to send them back to China and pay all of the shipping charges which likely are more than the items are worth. They then offered me a partial refund but I plan to dispute the charges with my bank and report them as the scam that they are. Worst experience ever!!

The clothing featured in the ad photos appeared to be of quality, with bright colors, and was noted to be made of a cotton-linen blend. The tops I received were a chintzy plastic-like rayon with very poor construction. I should have read the reviews more closely!

This is a very misleading company. Offers free shipping in US - shows store front in Nantucket. These clothes are coming from China. They take a very long time to arrive and they look nothing like the quality shown in the pictures. The material is flimsy. I ordered 4 pieces - two say they have been delivered but have not. I wish I could attach pictures to show how different they look then website. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company. Not at all as advertised.

False advertising. Cheap very poor quality products. They should be closed down asap. Money waisted on my part. Never again.

This review is about Nicoles Coastal Boutique. Advertisement on Facebook and online website. NOT Coastal Boutique. Deceptive. Fabric is cheap polyester. Shirts are unflattering and cheaply made. Returns NOT free and only after the fact did I learn the return was China. The site implies Connecticut and American made and show women in complementing dresses and shirts. Prints look attractive. The dress I received was crummy polyester and was clingy and unflattering. Imagine my surprise when this company, supposedly in Nantucket, turns out to be in China! When I tried to return the dress I discovered I’d have to pay 1/3 of the cost of the dress in postage. After much back and forth they refunded 30% of the purchase price and I’ll donate the dress to Goodwill. Total scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM NICOLE COASTAL!! This company is complete misrepresentation. They lead you to believe they are in Nantucket when they are in China. To return something it must have tags on. The dress sent to me did NOT have size tag, care instructions tag, material tag or any hang tag for store or brand. They offered me 10% refund.

Item was not as advertised, fabric was cheap and not worth 67$. Return was discouraged by customer service stating shipping costs were to be paid by the customer, and refund would be issued after the package was received. Company stated it would be long time to return package. The company then offered a 10% refund. Do not purchase from this company.

Lower quality than a Dollar Tree dress if they sold dresses. Apparently, a scam. Doubt i get my money back. Wish I had seen all these negative reviews before I ordered what appeared to be lovely dresses on their website. They have offered me 10% of what I paid, and then 20% today. What a ripoff. I have now been taught a good lesson. I am working with spliit.co and American Express to get my money back. Fingers crossed.

Really 1 star is 2 stars too many. This is an e-commerce scam operator much like Eleanor Rose Monterey, Mayberry North Carolina and OTHERS. They advertise on Facebook...so FB is partially responsible for not catching scam operators...but the problem is the websites show clothing that looks quality made using linen and cotton materials, even going so far as saying linen and cotton material used and then sending out 95% polyester 5% spandex lookalike rags and soak you for $40 to $70 or so dollars per clothing item. Econsumer.gov is where victims of fraud conducted w/ international companies like Nicole's Coastal Boutique and the rest can go to file complaints. Please file a complaint. Outside of trying to get my credit card company to reimburse me, the victim of junk I cannot wear, this is a good way to try to end fraudulent internet international or ecommerce.

Dress looked great on FB. Shipped from a “foreign country”. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Thin polyester. Maybe worth $10. Paid over $50. Claimed in ad reduced from $250. Garbage. AVOID!!!

This company is located in China. They are not now or ever been located in Nantucket, or the state of Ma., or the United States. They don't disclose that at all. They don't say their crap is made in China. The reason they don't is because we don't like their cheaply made products.
Do yourself a favor. If you want to give money away give it to a local organization that can use it. This place doesn't need our money.
If you got scammed by this so called business, report it to the FBI. They have people that can shut these businesses down.

Yep. I got scammed. Beautiful dresses online. Arrived way too small and made with extremely thin polyester material. Says the company is from Nantucket, shipped from Ventura, CA, but they want me to return to China and pay customs, but say the package is only valued at $5. Has anyone had any luck getting any money back?

If I could read it lower than I want, I would. Nothing but a runaround. I received two items very quickly. I might add because they said they were based in the United States. The product is not good quality and they did not fit correctly and it says on their website quick easy no hassle returns. Well they lied. Nothing but a hassle nobody would get back to me. They send me some address in China telling me figure out how to send it. Don’t ensure it for more than a dollar and if we get it back, we’ll refund your money. What a freaking Scam don’t order from this site ever.

Don't buy unless you want to wait for it to come from China and the clothes are very cheap and very very small sizing. To return it, you have to pay to send it back to China and it's a hassle and expensive.

This store is a sham. It looks like it’s based out of Nantucket, but it’s a Chinese company imitating. I bought a dress and a blouse. Took about three weeks to get to me. And are nothing like what was pictured on the website. They’re polyester instead of a cotton linen blend. The colors are way brighter and patterns very different than what was pictured. They say three or day money back guaranteed returns. But in trying to do returns, you have to ship back to China and do all the customs are your responsibility. It’s very misleading shame on me. But I thought I should warn others. I wish there was a way for me to show the picture of what is on their website compared to what I received.
