I was really skeptical after reading the negative reviews here so I placed a small order. After two days I received an email regarding the status update of my order - one of the items was not available so I got a refund + gift. Everything went well with the delivery and the support team is very responsive. Will order again!

- I ordered some snus
- After 3 days I emailed them asking why my order wasn't shipped yet (it stated 3-5 days delivery)
- They immediately cancelled my order without explanation
- I posted a negative review about it
- Only then some dude called Jannek emailed me calling me a Karen

Overall really professional folks, can recommend.

It's a scam.

I made an order several days ago, I asked them for the tracking info and they just cancelled it without refunding me.

Ordered around 3 weeks ago, and this "company" hasn't yet even shipped the items. They keep sending emails now and then, saying they have technical issues (also written on their website right now), promising new dates for the shipment, but nothing happens.

Also, the team posted on their website, only the MG's picture is real, the other ones are stock photos from the internet, probably ai created and can be found in multiple different company websites.

Seems legit at first, but the prices are kinda too low to be true, and also, there is no contact information posted on their website either. Had to go through the MG's LinkedIn profile to find contact information.

Sure, the MG has replied to emails, but responses have been very vague.

Would say you could get your order from this website, but it's very inconsistent, and my experience has just been awful.

I strongly advise others to be careful with snusmania.eu based on my experience.

I placed an order (No. 7378) on March 1st and paid €89.05. The order status has remained “Unfulfilled” ever since, and the store never shipped anything. I contacted them by email and Facebook Messenger, but received no reply at all.

After checking their website, I found that they provide no legal company information — no company name, no CVR number, no registered address, no phone number. This is mandatory for any legitimate business operating in the EU.

The only address I found was on their Facebook page: Smallegade 11, 7400 Herning, Denmark. After verifying it, it turns out this address belongs to a Thai massage salon, not to Snusmania. There is no evidence that Snusmania is registered at this location or registered in Denmark at all.

Their website also shows a “technical issues – do not order” message, which raises even more concerns.

Based on all this, I believe this store is highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent. I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank.

Sharing this so others don’t lose their money like I did.

Was a bit longer shipping than expected but all delivered good! Many products out of stock, please restock especially Cuba black and Supreme. All good!

I just wanted to try this snus thing.
So i ordered one can only, but snusmania or whatever they call themselves is unfortunately unable to deliver this experience to me.

What bothers me most is the complete lack of communication. They DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS this is so very unfortunate because i had contacted them to verify where the package 📦 was going because it appeared to me that they had changed the package carrier as well as the delivery address on their end without even notifying me. I found this when i tried to find the track and trace to see where the package was. Now its been sitting on Parcel not yet received for four days and by the looks of the other one star reviews on this site i should not expect anything to be delivered any time soon that is if it even gets delivered at all. I wish i had taken the time to investigate this scam company before placing an order. Thank god i paid with PayPal so i can start a dispute in the resolution center and get a full refund. I never seen this before where a shop actually changes the delivery address.

I hope this review will be of use to future customers that think about ordering something from snusmania.

The complete lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. I feel it’s like they are fast to grab your money but from then on its complete silence which is rather insulting to the customer.

Used to be sooo good. Paypal accepted, quick delivery, lots of flavors…

But since about 3 months, the deliveries take forever. Not just for me but for my friends too… After waiting for 5 days with nothing happening, i just ordered somewhere else and it came before this order…

I got my delivery in Europe, took a time but it’s totally worth it!

9th working day of waiting delivery and still nothing.

Have ordered twice. First time was all good but paypal took a lot of time to process because of the content. Second time i ordered with card and it was much faster but the product was slightly expired like 2 months. I dont mind but i would have been happier if they would have said something.

I‘ve started ordering a few months ago before that i used to order on Europesnus, but the costumer service wasn’t the best so i changed. Today Snusmania is my favourite option, you have a wide variety of different snus and the „Mega-Sale“ category is a really good idea! I never had any problems, in fact i got some nice goodies last time i ordered! The delivery time is also okay because the package has to travel a long way to austria (~7 days). I‘ve read the negative reviews here, but for me i can say that snusmania is the best option out there (as i know).

My order arrived 1 week later than it should and the snus ive recieved was alot weaker compared to what they advertised. (Iceberg 40 mg had no effect on me and the box itself looked a little off)

Great prices, even better with discounts. Shipping is super fast and very reliable. Everything feels safe, affordable, and top quality. Definitely recommend this site – very good and very cheap!
