Nicoprof, all seems good but i cant seem to figure out how to track my package, im unsure if it will arrive. I ordered with UPS trackable and im in Sweden. I´ll update in a couple of days.

Order didn't come, no refund
My order is in transit 16 days and still didn't come, I wrote 1-2 days Nicoprof support but they didn't respond yet. Hello please make a refund or do something with delivery process. Your shipping information says 3-11 days international.

Exceptional response to a minor issue
On my first order there was a minor mistake. Nicoprof was extremely responsive and more than took care of me on my next order. Mistakes happen, it's how companies respond that determines whether or not I'm a return customer. Well... I'm definitely a return customer. I was expecting a long wait as I live in the US, but surprisingly it was only like a week. Fast shipping, the products weren’t exactly what I expected (not nicoprof’s fault) but I got everything I ordered so 5/5 good stuff.
