I bought a mini camera from this site. It advised to buy a mini memory card, which I did. This product does not work. It's something like you would get in a lucky bag. I've contacted Nidfashion for a return but not a good response

Ordered black orthotic Mary Janes they sent pink took 10 days to arrive, could not contact customer service , I actually liked the fit of the shoes but not the colour, after reading about so many complaints decided to keep them, won’t use the company again

Dreadful company. I ordered a rechargeable electrical pump for paddle boards but was sent wrong model, they don't even sell the model I received which is not rechargeable, which I need. They don't answer any chat messages or emails. All coming from China. Dreadful please shop elsewhere.

I've just made thr mistake of ordering fro. This company who sent shoes which do not fit, do not resemble uk sizes and are poor quality. I emailed to get them returned. No paperwork with the order. To get a full refund I had to send them back which has cost me £12 to return to China. I do not believe, after reading these reviews, that I will be refunded. There should be legislation over these sorts of sites existing and trading. Really cross with myself for falling fowl to them.

If I could give this company zero stars, then I would.
I ordered blue sandals size 38 and size 39 arrived - obviously too big. I have been trying to get an exchange for over a month and received no satisfaction, just nonsense garbage emails. I am still in possession of shoes which I cannot wear and which have been paid for. NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND, NO SATISFACTION FROM 'CUSTOMER SUPPORT' - BEWARE THIS DODGY COMPANY!

They sell poor quality items, sent the wrong item and refused to give me a full refund, they promise sending return label but it's a lie.
I sent the order via post and paid for it so they refused to take the parcel from the postman.
Don't buy anything from them!!!!

Avoid nidfashion. Not helpful customer service. In April I ordered some staff but I wasn't happy and I decided to return, they didn't send to me return lable only gave me Adress (it was to China) and after that they avoided giving my money back. Castomer service doesn't helpful is well they try to play with you. So I reported them. Don't waste your time and you energy to this sh***s.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing. Like others the service is dreadful. It's not a UK based company.

You can't return items as they won't send you a return slip as their policy states. They will tell you you can keep the item for a refund of 33% or you have to return to China.

It's like talking to a brick wall. They will return an email but all you get is please return your item for full refund. Returns to China by the way. Wasn't paying the return shipping and not have a refund and no product.

Decided to keep item as couldn't be bothered with the hassle.

What I ordered is not what I got. Looks completely different and such poooooor quality. Tried to email for a return they replied once and now all my emails are bouncing back. Complete scam will be reporting

Avoid avoid avoid.scam alert. Worst company ever. I bought the sneakers for £39.99 size 6...it arrived 10 days later which is of wrong size 7. I want to refund my money but they are saying I need to send shoes to China....they have no explanation of how to send it to china... scammers losers... you guys will roit in hell. Its a hard earn money losers.

Finally, I have got back my money back after 22 days...guys please dispute this with your bank and then they will be able to refund your money...thank me later..

SO far bad experience with this company. As stated before, I thought I was dealing with UK company but now discover they are based in China.
Shoes I bough did not fit and was poorly made. when I finally got a response from their 'Customer Service' team I was told that I could keep the shoes and get a 33% refund or post it back to an address in China if I wanted a full refund. Definitely avoid this company!

As all the reviews here say. This website is a scam. They show a London customer service number and address in Covent Garden but they are a Chinese company. Tried to get a refund but got an address in China and although their website says a full refund if they send you the wrong size, don't believe it. Any thing you order will be a LOSS. I shall be reporting them.

Avoid at all costs they are refusing to give me a return address so I can return a rubbish item. I have never had to deal with a company as bad as this in my life They have ripped me off for £90

I ordered orthotic sneakers. They were poor quality and too narrow.
Wanted to return and have full refund. Got an email offering 33% refund and keep shoes. Asked for shipping address which is a village in China. There was no mention in returns policy to return to China as I would not have purchased these.

I paid for my item, however I haven’t received any payment receipt via email or any acknowledgment what so ever after payment was taken. I have tried via their online message service on their site (which states that I will receive a reply within 24hrs max) and via email to get hold of this company to enquire as to when I should expect to receive my product with absolutely no acknowledgement what’s so ever. This is very frustrating!! Luckily I paid with my credit card and can dispute this payment.

SCAM COMPANY-DO NOT USE

Me and my son recently bought a bladeless fan from them. It sounded like an airplane taking off. When they were contacted for a refund they refused.I checked this company out on various review sites and found they have scammed dozens and dozens of people. They portray to be a British company, but their address is a front and phone numbers just ring. The same address is used by dozens of companies. They are based in China. For your own good. DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY

I am sick of emailing and getting no response or returned mails the above order is really really poor quality and nothing like on your website I am wanting to return to the UK address but you are wanting me to send to china to put me off the high postage fees

I will be posting this on all platforms until I receive a refund for such rubbish goods and poor customer service I highly recommend no one
