Don't bother to ring customer care

I am a pregnant woman and I can't access my mycare app. All my appointments including my online antenatal appointment are on it while ni direct take their time manually verififying my identity. I need my verification sorted for my appointments! The links go directly to my app including the teams link for my antenatal appointments. I phoned today and my response is i can't help you I asked what stage they are on at verifying my identity and I'm told they can't track it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour I'm sure you are aware how important my appointments are but more so now because I have to be monitored closely. Shame on you. Don't ring customer care they aren't helpful and the only response i got was I can't help you.

Terrible incompetent

Terrible incompetent. Now it's second week as im trying to validate my identity as I needed a share link of my driving licence to provide to my insurance company and I still don't have it. Today my prove of address was declined, although I provided my energy bill. And my insurance was cancelled now. Thx for nothing.

Stop sending this bullshit

Why are you still sendin update about cost of living payments saying there are new updates and then when you read its a bloody year old and they have stopped giving out cost of living payments its bloody annoying. You give me hope making me thing there is a new cost of living payment coming and then you find out your talking about something that happened a year ago. Stop it already it really getting on my last nerve.

Customer service Advisor/ Serco / Belfast

Chelsea the manager: My experience was not positive. She never came to talk to us, never introduced herself, never opened her mouth to give us support. Never gave me feedback on my work, never explained anything, The only thing she knows how to do is walk around the office with a sullen face. It's unbelievable the way she dresses, gym clothes and tracksuits, she doesn't convey confidence, she sits at the table and puts her feet up as if she were at home, she has no respect for the work environment. It's unbelievable how Serco allows this attitude with a person who holds the position of manager.

About the work:
Low moral inadequate management, no direction , Training wasn't the best, didn't get enough time to learn everything and didn't get shown how everything worked, Training was rushed!! They Expect you to learn a lot in a short space of time, managers wear tracksuits and gym clothes, 30 min lunch means you dont have time enough of heating your food in the microwave, You will answer calls from 70+ work lines business, The documentation to support you in your work day is completely messy and it is difficult to find information, The coaches laugh and make fun of you when you ask a question, to many tech issues while working, There is no place to park your car and you are forced to pay for a daily parking fee of 8 pounds.

surprised.

I have read poor newspaper reports about this organisation but my experience has been positive. I went online early Tuesday morning, filled in the necessary forms and submitted requested evidence of identity. I was able to download my certificate of vaccination by lunchtime. As someone who is not a great fan of civil servants ... credit where credit is due.
