Terrible Experience

My daughters great exchange experience in Copenhagen has been ruined by these lowlifes delaying repayment of her bond money. She has been waiting for 2 months and replies to her pleas for HER money to be returned are met with anodyne emails telling her payment is on its way. The stress this has caused is enormous. Legal action is underway. I would highly recommend avoiding this shonky company like the plague.

Nido Príncipe Pio Residence

The Nido Príncipe Pio Residence is the perfect place to stay. The location is just perfect as its right in front of the Principe Pio station, A few minutes walk to the city centre.
Pricing is perfect, as your rental amount is all inclusive and you do not have to worry about any extra billing. You really do get value for your money.
The staff, professional and very welcoming, always with a smile and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is solved in a timely manner.
The extra amenities like gym, games & cinema room made it perfect for me to socialise and made long term friends from different nationalities.
This is home away from home. I will be Back soon.

Great student housing!

Great student housing!
I really enjoyed my time living in Nido Bryggen - as an international Master's student in Copenhagen. I loved the amenities, location and the fully furnished rooms of Nido. The staff were always kind and helpful and my deposit was returned promptly after my move-out date. Staff were also very flexible and helpful with my move-in date. Overall it was a great experience and I will miss living at Nido Bryggen :)

We booked the Nido Netherlands and…

We booked the Nido Netherlands and we're among the students that had their contract cancelled due to some maintenance regulations of the Netherlands (it was a new building) ,they refunded us and all the amount and we were among the first contacted when they were ready 6 month later, yes I know ,but for Netherlands knowing the huge problem with the rent it was ok!! We got the studio finaly and it is perfect!! 😍 Thank you Nido for all your efforts and patience.. Anastasia.

9.500 DKK rent and the building has…

9.500 DKK rent and the building has just one cleaner. The staff is unfriendly and the building is dirty.
Since I moved here, there have been at least three floods in the gym and a daily fire alarm. I also don't want to talk about the terrible state of affairs with the trash beans. It would be quite simple to locate the individuals causing the chaos there because of the CCTV.

Nido and stuff are disappointing.

Stay away from Nido Living!

Nido Living took over administration over the apartment building that we are renting in October 2023. We had many issues before they took over. But the last company atleast answered and Communicated with us. But since Nido took over, its been impossible to get in touch with them.
It took them over 3months to answer an email. Very unprofesional from a big company. They dont pick up the phone either.
We had heating problem, our heat in the apartment didnt work properly. Have in mind that this has been a very cold november and desember in Denmark. And our apartment have not been the only one with these issues. We have a facebook group, and 80% of the tenants have this problems. And nobody can get in touch with Nido.

Are you considering renting apartment from Nido Living, expect this kind of service from them.
Stay Away!

As you have mentioned, Nido took over the property management of the building Vallensbæk Strand in Denmark in October 2023 and inherited a number of issues which we were unfortunately unaware of.

We have received a huge number of complaints with regards to the issues we've inherited from the previous operator and we are working through these in priority order. Please rest assured we are doing our best to work through them as quickly as we can and we apologise for any delays in response to your emails thus far. We have been providing weekly updates via email on key action points, such as the heating. Please do let us know if you haven’t been receiving these communications so we can update your contact details in our system.

We were made aware of the heating issues 4 weeks after taking over the management of the property. In the last 6 weeks, we have had a plumbing company on site nearly every day replacing heat exchangers, pumps and altering pressure to ensure we resolve every issue in every apartment. We have successfully resolved the heating issues in over 90% of apartments and this has all been communicated with the tenants, in addition to providing regular updates on the work being undertaken to everyone.

We continue to work hard in resolving all the issues our residents are raising and appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us. We hope the above gives you some comfort and context around the issues raised and reassurance that we are doing everything we can to ensure that all issues can be resolved and our tenants are satisfied.

Dubious, no possibility of contacting, no answers to mails - untrustworthy

Our daughter made a typing mistake when registering at Nido Living in mid of October.

As the website does not offer the possibility to correct this mistake by herself, she sent several mails and tried to phone Nido to register the correct mailaddress- no success within more than 6 weeks.

Therefore she did also not receive the information of Nido Living an 21.12.2023, that the planned rental start at 06.01.2024 will be delayed approximately up to 6 months.

We already made a payment and tried to contact Nido since then, no chance of an answer.

Not possible to get in contact

Have tried to contact them for several days, because i want to know if my termination of my apartment has been received by them - but no answer. Not on email or one the phone numbers. And today when trying calling them, it just said that the number wasn't connected. I live at their apartments in Vallensbæk Strand.

A company with absolute no way of contacting!

I’m a tenant living in Nido Vallensbæk strand, Denmark.
Unfortunately since Nido has taken over management of this property, there has been many unsolved issues and there is absolutely no way of contacting them.
They don’t send an invoice for the rent.
They don’t answer their e-mail regarding any ongoing problem in this property.
They don’t answer phone.
The care takers don’t answer phone.
And many tenants have contacted them regarding the warming system that is not working and still NO ANSWER from Nido.
So we are wondering now, is Nido actually a company or it’s just an scam website?

Nido is the GOAT

I discovered Nido through the Uni newsletter and I immediately fell in love with the place. However, what really convinced me to book a room is the AMAZING client service I received. Not only did they reply to every one of my emails in a record-short time but their answers were every time useful, polite and just really sweet. 12/10, I would recommend to all students !!
