Interesting topics and questions. However, on some surveys they do ask the same question several times in different ways, even if your original answer was no. Overall, it makes you think.

Easy.Takes little time. One gets tangible and useul rewards.

I have been a member of this panel for a few years now, and I have had to do little to nothing to earn points. Recently I have checked my points and I am impressed at the amount and the way I can redeem them. Choosing and getting the item I would like to get for the points is very easy. I can just recommend this Panel.

Easy to participate! Great rewards, and no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.

I have been doing this for years and enjoy doing it. But for some reason since upgrading my phone when the app is installed I can't get on the Internet for anything. I have told them and followed all instructions but still no better. Wish someone would help me actually sort it properly. I don't want to lose this

There is very little to do to earn points which build up to earn rewards. As yet I haven’t claimed any rewards but have had a look what you can have and there is a wide range of gift cards for various amounts - a very good choice.
Occasionally I have an email to fill in a survey. However the last one I filled in gave me one game token where I could win a few additional points to add to my rewards. A bit more of a reward would be good. I filled in the survey but many may not as one token is not much of an incentive unfortunately.

I have had a few problems (of my own making!) and the Nielsen Computer & Mobile Panel are always helpful and supportive.

I've been a member for many years and have benefited from points and been able to exchange these for a few gifts.
I'm not overly convinced by the new points system which gives you a game token which you can use to win points. Before you used to just earn points and I feel the change means I'm no longer earning a many points as I did before.
However it's easy to use and doesn't take a huge amount of time and you are rewarded for that time.

I like being on the panel because not only does it help shape and inform what the ordinary person thinks it also has rewards

I have been a member of nielsen for a few years and I have nothing but praise for them. Always treated with respect and integrity.
I know my anonymity is guaranteed and that all my data is secure.
They offer many ways to earn rewards and I would recommend them

Does what it says every now and then I get to cash out and save money!

NIELSEN has been and will always be one of my favorite panel sites to keep doing surveys and receive just rewards for reviews provided thereof!

BEEN ON THIS PANEL FOR A FEW YEARS NOW WITH NO PROBLEMS NOW I HAVE TO CHANGE PASSWORDS EVERY FEW DAYS MY LAPTOP IS OKAY BUT MY MOBILE KEEPS SAYING LOCKED OUT

I have not been able to log into my account for over two years. At first it was i had to reset my password EVERY SINGLE TIME i tried to login. now I can't even get in that way. Customer service just tells me to reset my password, it works the first time then never again. And i have no points accruing over the last few years. Neilsen (and one or two others) use to be excellent but it has fallen by the wayside :-( .

Got an email from them saying if I submit my answers to their long survey, they'll pay me a $5 ecard. A month later, all I get is excuses and the same form responses about how they keep their promises and how my payment is processing. Contacted BBB and they said they'd send me $5 in the mail weeks ago. Nothing. Told it was processing. Then told to contact on their site, which is where I started! I even complained on their Twitter and they hid the comment! Sketchy thieves.

I have not been able to log into my years old Nielsen account. I am rejected as soon as i try to access my account and my continuing attempts eject me out of their system.

I gave countless hours of genuine intelligence to the Nielsen system over many yeats, supposedly accumulating very substantial rewards, which now cannot be accessed in any way..

My only conclusion is that i have definitely been duped bigtime.

Now i suffer nearly as much from my wife's recognition of my stupid diligence for Nielsen whatever it really is, because i now know 100% that is some form of fraud.

My dedicated experiences with Nielsen covers the majority of the past 8 years to date.

Now you don’t earn points for every 1 month. You play a game and if you are lucky you only win 5 points.

Waste of time and bunch of frauds! There are other companies which pay better!!!

I used to earn 300 points every month. Today 15 points and that also by luck!!!
