Tried to order today, website keeps saying nothing in basket? Although I placed it there 3 times, Comma concentrate screen wash! Just flashes to another screen selling a website?

Having ordewredf rom this company through Amazon, Ebay and their own website there is little to complain about.

As far as price and delivery go, there is nothing to complain about, both very good.

There does seem to be a theme though with a lack of communication and updates.

No order confirmation, no dispatch notifiaction and no invoice , del;ivery note or paperwork of any sort received along with goods.

I have bought oil off this company a couple of times they are fast sending and do well with communication if you need to contact

For me what would be perfect would be letting customer have tracking details when goods are sent

Polite and quick reply to emails, good packaging and fast shipping. Add very good prices, and theres nothing left to be desired!

Won't hesitate to recommend them. I'd use them over and over again if (only) I lived in the UK!

I order some oil for my motorbike, not only was it cheaper but i could buy it in bulk saving time as well. Ordered Monday got it Wednesday happy days. Well worth a visit.

Have used this company twice now for buying specialist oils for my vehicles far cheaper and more easily than I could locally. The first time I received an e-mail stating the items were out of stock but were expected shortly and would I like to continue with the order? I replied positively, providing they could supply within the next ten days as I needed the goods within that time frame. Rather cynically, I expected to be kept waiting but I received confirmation by return e-mail from a helpful and polite guy named Steve and the items turned up a few days later as promised. Happy customer!

I've used Nielsen for a few years. They have the best prices. They've always been efficient.

The prices advertised were better than anywhere else I could find by a long mile. Even better with the offer of free delivery for orders over £60. Unfortunately ordering didn't go quite to plan.

The order process on-line proved very simple and smooth. Great, until it added a £5.99 shipping cost even though my order exceeded £60. I contacted Nielsen for a solution but did not receive a reply. My normal reaction to not getting a reply would be to shop elsewhere but the prices made me hang in there. After it was obvious that I wouldn't receive an answer (4 days) I deducted the 'extra' items that I had selected to take me over the £60 threshold and just paid the carriage.

The delivery of my order was very fast and the order was 100% correct. As a first time customer I found Nielsen's lack of any communication quite alarming. I didn't receive any order acknowledgment, dispatch notification or itemised receipt (handy for service reference). So the 'good' is for the prices, relative ease of ordering on-line and speed of delivery. 'Room for improvement' for the total lack of any communication.

Would I use them again? Yes, because I couldn't find prices anywhere near their prices and I now know what to expect with regards to communication.

This is the best seller of oil on the Net. If you need the best these guys will sort you out. Ordered Gearbox and Engine oil. Would recommend

Purchase oil from these guys for my race bike and others, Oil price is good, choice limited but quality on offer, delivery is very quick, top service in my book.
