The communication and attention with Tom was excellent, the installer Daniel was amazing. The selection of frames was varied and I opted for one custom colour and one of their offerings. Then timeline was right on target despite it being just before Christmas. The only negative comments I have are the stickers that are on the inside of each door are really difficult to remove and don't know why they couldn't instead use a transparent quick peel like they give you when you have an oil change. We never would have had the time to remove all of them but when we complained to Daniel he offered to remove them for us which was appreciated. Also 3 of the doors arrived with chips in them but that could have been the transportation company as Daniel said that was the first he has seen. They redid the doors for us and returned in a couple weeks. We are really happy with the outcome!

The technical and customer service support are fantastic. A real pleasure dealing with this company.

Great quality, counselling and communication throughout the process.
The reason why I do not give 5 stars is twofold:
- There was one small error in the placement of hinge bearing (we managed to drill new ones though)
- The delivery format is absolutely not fit for non commercial customers. We received a huge and heavy pallet that I had to rip open on the sidewalk with the help of my contractor and the delivery guy had to be talked into bringing it to the doorstep with his transpallet (I obviously do not own one).
I would recommend adapting the format to residential customers. For example through several parcels instead of a huge pallet that no human can carry or move on their own.
Otherwise super happy with the quality and finish of my cabinet doors.

The cabinet doors and boxes were beautiful. Cut to my exact specifications. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. My order did take about 8 weeks to arrive but other than that the experience was perfect. The SW colors matched perfectly as well.

I ordered extra tall cabinet doors painted in white. Quality of the cabinet doors is excellent, beautifully finished and very well packaged for shipping. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I ordered paint finish cabinet doors but received unfinished ones; and though Nieu aimed to ship out the correct doors as quickly as they could, this error delayed my project 3 weeks and created challenges with my client.

Ordering online went very smoothly. Nieu Cabinet Doors beat their scheduled delivery date. The product was shipped very carefully protected. Dimensions were perfect.

Design process was fine, though I had to do some of my own math to figure out hinge placement, and despite asking for support and having it reviewed by the customer service person, it ended up being wrong and we had to drill our own holes anyway. Also, if you are ordering Besta drawers, they won't predrill those holes for you, nor do they provide a template - I was told to just go buy a door from ikea, make my own template from it, then return it, which seems bizarre DIY ask for a company touting themselves as an IKEA substitute.

Once I ordered though, its like the project entered a black hole! No updates or projected arrival dates unless I asked. There was a custom color sample that was stuck in customs for weeks without anyone knowing, and wasn't resolved until I was contacted and sent it along to the company after it had been sitting for 3 weeks. The actual product delivery was the most bizarre delivery process I've ever experienced. I ordered these in mid-November, and didn't get them delivered until early February. Once delivered (which can only be to my driveway, not inside), the doors look nice, but are still off-gassing a strong smell, and seem pretty prone to scratches and dings.

Delivered ahead of schedule. No errors in what was provided. Happy with the product.

Great first time experience with Nieu. There was some minor issues with drill holes not being in the right location but the pieces were replaced within two weeks to make everything right. Cabinets look great and the slightly thicker fronts are far better than the original IKEA fronts we replaced. After 17 years, Our IKEA Akurum cabinets look new again.

The doors look great. My only criticism is that it took so long to get them.
