Waste of money

Purchased two phone cases and they are very low quality for the price you pay. When the case is on my phone the side buttons don’t work. I emailed them and they said they would send replacements out and they never did - this was over 2 months ago. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Gorgous personalised case!!

I ordered my Nievus case around December. I got my initials on it on the personalised monogram case pink edition. I absolutely love it, I got the Extra tough case. The case is so pretty and it’s quite good quality. Shipping is very fast. It took about less then a week. Unfortunately though when I received the case the black inner layer of the tough case was hard to press the buttons and I emailed nievus
customer service and they send me a very fast email back. Nievus then said they would send out a replacement it came extremely fast. The customer service were very helpful and nice.Overall I love my case and the costumer service is extremely helpful. I’m in love with my case. Would extremely recommend.

Incredible brand, I love my phone case!

This brand is great! I’ve got myself a non personalised case. I absolutely love it! It took just over a week to arrive which isn’t too bad timing. Their customer service is brilliant! There is such a beautiful selection of cases it took me a while to choose! I’m in love with this brand and I shall definitely recommend to friends and family!!

One word : amazing

Absolutely love my new case, everyone I know says it suits me perfectly! Delivery was a little longer than expected but the customer service team reassured me and were so lovely (turns out I was just being impatient lol) 10000% going to be ordering again, too many choices though, something for everyone and would definitely recommend to anyone xx

Awful

Awful. Took weeks to come then sent the wrong case. Replacement never turned up. They don’t reply to emails, took several emails to have a refund agreed which I am still waiting for 4 weeks on!

Good customer service

It took a long time to reach me as it was sent via normal post. The first attempt didnt arrive. However, Nievus sent a replacement straight away, without question and that one arrived safely. It fits through the letter box and no signature required. I will order again because I liked the phone case and customer service response was good.

Was expecting better quality

I ordered a monogrammed phone case on the 27th of July and received it on the 2nd of September. I live in Australia so I was expecting it to take a while. But when I received the case I was underwhelmed. It felt super light/plastic-y and flimsy and the print could be better quality. When you look closely you can see the pixels. That being said, the customer service was great and it does look cute from afar. So if you intend on buying anything printed or custom from them you should have realistic expectations.

I love my personalized phone case🌸 I was counting days to own it... and it’s the perfect phone case everrr...🌸💖🌸💓 It’s so me 😍 Thank u heaps NIEVUS for this heigh quality product ... I also had my insta followers experience an unboxing and I got so many DMs where probably most of them will get their own personalized phone case soon from them...💓😍💓

LOVE

I ordered my phone cover just under two months back, i was aware there was going to be delays with postage as it was international and also due to the current situation going in the world I emailed each week for an update or some sort of answer and i was responded to each time. i was offered a replacement if it didn't arrive. But it arrived today. I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE! The wait was worth it in the end and the customer service is amazing from these guys cant fault them. In these unforeseen circumstance we just have be a little more patient no one can control these things from happening

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered my phone case and mug??
Yes 6 weeks!!! My birthday is June 6th and I thought that ordering 10th of April would be enough time?????
They are not replying to my email and Facebook messages...
