Love nifty city screen for my g37 and been a blessing to have chosen to with them! I’ve continued to become a stronger supporter of the brand and the quality and customer service has been amazing. Technology can be difficult to deal with sometimes but if you are patient with them they will get you right! Love my screen everyone needs one haha!

I bought the tesla style stereo unit for my 2009 370z last year and it's been nothing but flawless. I love the screen and have had no issues with it. It gives my bose system a nice boost in sound as well. Would highly recommend!

Absolute fraud company, take your money and don’t deliver a product.

Don’t respond to your emails, gives you dates of product being delayed and arriving. Then don’t get back to you, when you contact them, it’s an excuse.
Asked for a refund, canceled my order without sending a refund.
This went on for 4 months and still no refund or product. Another month later.
Dispute is with PayPal now. And PayPal are returning my funds.

If you had paid with a credit card you would be in trouble.

I should have read the reviews on reddit first. as they have done the same thing to others.

The reply I got on here they made no real effort to refund my money. Asked me to drop the dispute with PayPal and remove my review. And they would refund me.

I won’t remove the truth when I am getting a refund the way I should not have had to go down.

Steer clear of this company. If you want to keep your money.

Items are overpriced garbage.
I ordered their kit for an Infiniti QX70. For some strange reason, rather than wiring their units directly to the speakers of the car, they wire it out through a 3.5mm cord, and include a cheap (quality, not price) USB-Aux adapter which causes a constant high pitched noise. Their GPS does not work at all, maps have me over 100 miles from where I actually am, if and when it does catch up, it has me like 1/4 mile away, moving a different direction/speed. The microphone is terrible, and picks up everything, including the caller on the phone, so it is unusable (most people can't talk when they are hearing their own words echoed back instantly). When you e-mail them for help, all they do is tell you that you must have installed it wrong. They ask for installation pictures, basically asking you to take everything back apart to show them that you did it right.
Super frustrated to spend almost $1000 on a stereo to have it sound like garbage and barely function.
My tech level is extremely high too, so it's not me. I am in the process of entirely rebuilding another vehicle (I just finished a full overhaul of the engine and transmission)

I am going to attempt to work with the tech support from Nifty City again. They are correct that we corresponded a few days after I left this review, but it did not solve the majority of my issues. My review was harsher than I usually am, but none of it is untrue.

Initially sent me the wrong unit.

Then when I asked them to provide a replacement, I was given rude and unhelpful customer service.

Currently awaiting a refund, unsure if they will comply based on these reviews.

Please avoid, this company is a joke.

Ordered a nifty box that was defective (#6304). They confirmed it's broken and made me send it back to Australia. The parcel arrived as per AUS Post tracking. Between the arrival of the parcel in Australia and the actual refund, more than a month passed.
Nifty claims they tried to refund me, however the money never arrived on my credit card or PayPal account. I also was not informed when the attempt to refund failed.
It was more than difficult to get a reply from them. I count 8 Emails before they refunded me on my PayPal account. So in the end i got my money back, but it was an unfortunate experience overall.

Whilst the installation of the Carplay software was easy and worked fine, this return experience diluted the initial good experience.

Also interesting to note - just received an email from Nifty. They offer me again to refund me if i remove my negative review. Interesting.

I updated my review to include the latest status.

Bought a system that did not work. Tried to go through there troubleshooting, still did not work. Sent is back for replacement had to pay a deposit. Received the replacement and still did not work. Never received my deposit back. The new unit also failed to work. They promised one thing that never happened. Did get refund from initial purchase but not the deposit. Customer service is non-excitant. Write a bad review on there website, they delete. Do not trust.

Don't waste your time with this company, I was sent 2 faulty nifty city boxes and they refused to give me a refund despite the boxes only being 9 months old with 3 months warranty left. The bank is now in the process of recovering my money AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Oh so now nearly 2 years later you want to look into things and sort them out do you ? Too late you had the opportunity to do the right thing and give me a refund when I came to you first but you flat out refused despite me only purchasing your product 9 months earlier. I still have every single email ever sent between us so if you're thinking by coming along nearly 2 years later after purchase I can't prove anything you're very much mistaken. And asking trustpilot to take my review down as I got your business mixed up with someone else LOL 😆 cowards at least accept responsibility for your actions, you ripped me off and you know it !! Business must be bad aye boys, looks like I'm not the only one aswell looking at the other reviews. No I won't remove my review, people need to be warned about people like you and if one person doesn't buy from you and saves their money from being scammed by you I'm glad. Unfortunately I can't say the same for me.

HORRIBLE customer service. Took over 6 months to even get my order number and took another 6 months to receive my actual device for my g37. Once I installed the device and it wouldn’t play my music I emailed them and they said “unfortunately” we can’t help because it’s ran out of warranty?! They also don’t even have a help number listed, just email. Save your time and energy and just go to audio source!!
