My wife Maureen went to see Nigel with my two daughters.The range of MotB outfits was of excellent quality and an outstanding range.Nigel and his staff made my wife feel very special and gave her truthful and practical advice on her outfit selection.
The fitting service from Cathy was first class.
The atmosphere in the shop was great and I would advise any MotB to visit the shop , check out the designs and to speak with Nigel.

I first visited the Manchester store back in January as I was looking for an outfit for our daughter's wedding. I wasn't sure what I wanted but had come across the designer Ian Stuart and liked his designs. Sean and Linda were fab and very patient bringing out outfit after outfit for me to try on. Nothing was too much trouble for them. One dress had caught my husband's eye as we entered the store but I had dismissed it as a 'mother of the bride' outfit...how wrong was I. I was persuaded to try it on, it was perfect and I fell instantly in love with it!! The wedding was last week and I felt like a million dollars with so many lovely comments. So thank you Sean, Linda (and of course my husband) for encouraging me to try it on.... Hopefully our next daughter will be married in the next few years and there is only one place I will be visiting for my outfit.

I emailed earlier this year to say I would be visiting the London Store in April as my son was getting married in June. On arrival I was met by a gentleman who said bluntly this was the stock, not all sizes and that there would be no further new stock until July! I was utterly disappointed and what should have been a very exciting day turned in to a nightmare. I saw one outfit but not my size, was told they are made on the small size and to go bigger! The outfit hung on me and I came away very deflated! This was not the experience I was expecting.
Fortunately, there were other stores but not in my area selling Condici outfits and I ordered on line and I have secured an outfit, hat, shoes and handbag from another stockist and had a much better experience.

Thank you so much for your help in making choosing an outfit for my daughters wedding so much pleasure. Your service was excellent from the minute we arrived in your boutique to the courier service delivering my complete outfit right to my door on the day we agreed. Thank you so much. Louise, York

Great visit to the London shop. As MOG in April and MOB in May I was anxious to get 2 very different outfits. I had excellent service and a wonderful experience trying on a lot of outfits. Was never rushed, even though it was busy. I purchased 2 outfits which I love and am looking forward to wearing, I was given a great discount as well. Thank you so much.

Terrible experience today with the London store I was really looking forward to it but left the store quite upset which is very rare for me. Arriving at 4.20pm the tall dark haired assistant said we close at 5pm. I was aware but had pictures of the stock I wanted to see as pictured on the website the previous day. Her comment was that she had never seen any of the outfits before. I showed her the screen grab with the logo showing and she said well we don’t stock them now. I asked for something a little brighter to be told no-one wants bright colours. I explained I wasn’t looking for too bright and she said you can see what we have got with no attempt to help me. After several more attempts from me at pleasantries which were all dismissed came the final straw. I said with your experience can you suggest any outfits that might suit me - her response-not really!!!!! At that point I said she had been very rude to me since I entered the shop and I would take my custom where it is appreciated.

Went out 'window' shopping with a friend for an outfit to wear at my daughter's wedding in Spain. The experience at the Marble Arch shop was second to none. You don't need an appointment which is a bonus. The lady who assisted me couldn't have been more helpful, listening to me but also encouraging me to explore other options. She had a good eye for what suited me and hit on an outfit I really liked and in a colour I wouldn't have chosen for myself. She offered to photograph me in the outfit so I could show it to my daughter as I was meeting her and her friends later. They didn't mind that we all (5 of us) called back later so I could try on the outfit again to see what everyone thought. The no-pressure and humorous atmosphere was great, nothing was too much trouble, and they make you feel special. Needless to say I bought the outfit - really love it. So a big thank you!

What might have been a stressful shop turned out to be a positive experience! I would highly recommend this boutique, and I cannot wait to wear my mother of the bride outfit on my daughters wedding day!

Nigel’s son, Sean could not have been more helpful, advising me by email when the outfits I was interested in had arrived at their London shop. On arrival at the shop, Kathy could not have been more helpful and to ensure I got the size / style I wanted I purchased the outfit and matching hat there and then.

After spending hours trawling through the internet and getting nowhere, I walked in off the street today and spent nearly three hours with Nigel.
He is charming, helpful and honest and without his advice and I might not have bought such gems, just right for the occasion.

Definitely a must, so for a special occasion go pay him a visit.

Really lovely people who work in the Manchester store. Nothing was a trouble. I absolutely loved my Teresaripoll dress. I had lots of compliments. Thank you Sean for being so pacient. Would highly recommend this store.

Lifesavers! Massive thanks to Linda and Jen. Came here for a dress for my mother and I have to say it was fab. The dress was beautiful and the staff so friendly. I would highly recommend coming here! It's a relaxed atmosphere and very kind people. We came from Wales and It was well worth the drive up to Manchester! I really can't recommend this store more! Honest, lovely people! Thank you so much! New friends in Manchester!

Nigel and his team really are the answer to ones prayers ! Finding the perfect wedding outfit for such an important day is so overwhelming but I had the good fortune of having Nigel help me with this. His years of experience really shine through and he is such a nice chap, both my husband and I bonded with him instantly. He was very down to earth and really put us at ease. His guidance was just the right amount . On my daughter Emma's big day I had many many compliments that confirmed I was truly in an outfit that was perfect for me and many people said the outfit was quite different certainly not run of the mill. I am so grateful to Nigel and can not recommend him and the boutique enough, don't hesitate to pay them a visit I am sure like me you won't be disappointed. To Nigel and the team I would like to send a massive thank you !!

I am and will continue to be thrilled at the wonderful service, assistance and kindness I received from Nigel and his team. I would love to share my views and have happily done so back in 2015, following my visit to the Marble Arch Nigel Rayment Boutique. Please suggest to any clientele to refer to the Feedback comments I posted (at great length); one posted after my first visit (May 2015) and the second feedback when my "packages" arrived, later in the year. Nigel had kindly allowed me to place my outfit and fascinator on layby and to make payments...as I was so far from home....He then "shipped" my precious "delivery" all the way to the Southern Hemisphere!!! Anyone wishing to read my "novel" will see that I am from Western Australia.... and after travelling many, many miles following my trip to Gallipoli for the ANZAC Cententary Service, I found my dream John Charles outfit for my daughter's wedding (Jan 2016) when I met Nigel. Without his guidance, advice and encouragement I would never have had such a stunning designer dress, which I wore with such pride as I walked my beautiful daughter down the aisle to meet the man of her dreams; my wonderful son-in-law.

I have so many great memories of such an amazing day for my daughter and her husband; and received so many compliments on my outfit ... Again, I express my sincere appreciation, and it all began with a visit to your Boutique, thousands of miles away!!!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Staff were amazingly patient and brought me dress after dress to try on. I finally bought a beautiful outfit with matching hat. We had a great day and thanks to everyone here who made a stressful day a wonderful experience,I couldn't fault this store in any way and would highly recommend it.
