I was sent the wrong color of one of the items in my order and the incorrect size for another item. I reached out to 'customer support' and never received a response.
Since an exchange would have to be conducted overseas, I would think you could, in the very least, provide a prepaid shipping label.

I like the corduroy trousers but....
I like the corduroy trousers, so much that this is my second pair. The only reason for the 3 star and not 4/5 stars is because the right front leg pocket has incomplete stitching leaving a gap of about 3 inches open on the right side of the pocket, fortunately though, my partner is a seamstress. The corduroy shacket is excellent, so 5 stars for that.
Maybe put belt loops on your trousers instead of a very thin elastic shoe lace as it can't hold up the weight of the trousers nevermind anything else that may be placed in the pockets.
Nice outfit when put together though.

Ordered a tshirt first one didn't arrive although it was posted I contacted the company. They stated it was posted which I don't dispute, I have reordered as I like the rivet design on tshirt. Tshirt arrived and happy with purchase, ordering on line is risky, but happy with the rivet tshirt well made and different.
