Poor products and poor customer service
Ordered 2 items in medium size (I am always medium). Items are WAY too small. Customer Service told me to post back, at my expense. Not sure how I’m supposed to do this in the current lockdown situation! Quality of items is very average. Lots of black fluff coming off inside of hoodie. Will donate to charity.

As stated in my email, if the sizing was an error on our behalf then once photos had been sent to prove this we would have refunded or replaced your items free of charge.
I also sent a link to our extended returns policy (100 days) in light of the current crisis, as we know that customers may not be able to return items until we are out of lockdown.
Unfortunately there will always be customers who order the wrong sizes - which is why we provide measurements for all of our clothing on the website, which I have also sent you the link to.
We are not really sure what else we could have suggested in this situation, but a kind suggestion to perhaps read return and sizing info before ordering from any online retailer in the future.

Hole in shirt
