Avoid this company - returns impossible and customer service rude and accusatory

Avoid this company. This company's customer service and returns policy is impossible to navigate. Trying to return an unopened hammock I ordered as a gift for Christmas for my son - in order to exchange it for a larger hammock version. They have led me on a merry dance with dozens of emails and have taken over £90 of my money and are refusing to refund me - despite my having ordered and paid again for a larger hammock in good faith that they would refund me for the mistake I made ordering the smaller one. They claim I have tried to scam them by sending them a parcel full of blankets in place of the hammock, for which they have shown me some ridiculous photo evidence from their UK factory - they refuse to question their courier DPD and say the tampering cannot have happened in their UK warehouse depot. I dropped it securely at my local Post Office as a totally unopened parcel with the hammock, I hadn't even opened it as I realised immediately that I'd ordered the wrong one by mistake. I followed all of their elaborate return instructions sending my own photos to them of the parcel - before they would even send me a label to make the return via their choice of courier DPD (at cost to myself of a further £9 )- they are refusing to approach DPD for insurance on the package and demanding I provide evidence that I didn't send blankets!!! absoluletely impossible to deal with, they are based in China and communication is slow delayed.
VERY DISATISFIED and ANGRY customer.

I received the tent in good time for a pre- arranged camping trip.
The tent is so small to pack in my bag and surprisingly much bigger than expected when set up!
I can't wait to use it on my trip knowing that I can easily get my partner in the same tent too. Really can't recommend the Nightcat tent enough.
