Excellent service,ordered on next day delivery,but as I ordered late Sunday afternoon/ evening,I didnt expect delivery until Tuesday.Even when I had a confirmation of despatch on Sunday,I still didnt expect delivery on the followingMonday,but true to their word,I took delivery on Monday.Cant fault them,and would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.Very pleased.

Fast and efficient - and with competitive prices.
Shipping from UK to Denmark (crossing the EU border) was not a problem as the VAT was paid and handled in advance and the parcel passed Danish customs quickly without further fees etc.
Nightgear is highly recommended. I will have no problem dealing with Nightgear again in the future.

Order never came, refusing full refund.
I order a bag months ago. It is still not delivered to me. They say the bag is at a pick-up point but they can’t give me the information on where or how to pick it up. The carrier they used is not answering emails or phone.
When I ask for a refund, they want to charge me a return fee. But the problem is that I am not returning anything I want my money back for something a never got.
I have called them 3 times. And the waiting time on phone is approximately 20 min each time.
The email conversation with the company is slow and not helpful.
Months after ordering I am out 2000 NOK and I have no bag.
