Had agreed a set date to start work. asked by the company to fully Install a week earlier.... Great.... only the solar was fitted!!! seems they did not have all the equipment to fully install...., nor time left in their working day Nightingale tried to reorganise the following week to a Friday, No one turned up Friday, I had to chase the company where the install team where. numerous phone calls latter. seems they had over run a bigger paying job. plan to fit the following week. batteries dropped off wiring done. Job still not completed. seems they need more time. electrican turned up another day. took him all day working alone. batteries not working. I had to wait nearly 6 weeks for Giv energy to send their electrican to fix the system.

Nightingale promised a single day Install , turned into a 3 day install. left with non working system.. Nightingale electrical either have poor communication between office, Install teams and customer or they deliberately choose to be vague with timings.

Giv energy have a poor customer service,they also only have 5 or 6 electricans Nationally. hence why the lengthy wait times for them to attend to fix your battery and inverter.

Excellent company. Initial visit and survey was good, relaxed and no pressure, just advice. Installation booked and week or so later the installation happened. All good. They managed to fit extra panels than initially thought any they had them with them to install straight away. Solar, battery, and eddi installed and all working brilliantly. Included an after installation visit to answer any questions and ensure full

An amazing experience from start to finish. Unlike other companies there was no pressure to sign and the solution was designed perfectly and exactly what I was looking for. The install date was arranged quickly and completed in under a day. The fitters were friendly and worked hard to find a neat route for the cabling. During the install it was clear that the battery position was not ideal but this was corrected without fuss on the day.

Friendly, knowledgable people who are good at what they do. What more could you ask for.

Very impressed with this company, from the first phone call to Amy in the office who was very knowledgeable and friendly to Craig coming out within a couple of days to advise us on the options, we received the quote quickly which was really good value for everything they had to do. The team came early on a very wet miserable day but cracked on with the installation. They were all extremely professional and friendly. The work was completed with no mess. Both me and my husband highly recommend them.

We contacted Nightingal's to discuss installation of Solar PV on our roof and were pleased with the speed of response.
Craig showed himself to be very knowledgable about solar PV, giving good advice and without pressure sales tactics.
We received a quote which was quite reasonable, which we accepted and paid a deposit.
Two weeks later the team came round to install the system. It only took four hours (in the rain)!
All the work was carried out efficiently, they worked well together, clearly knew what they were doing and were well mannered.
The system is now working well, very happy with it.
We contacted them initially because they were local.
It is not a big company, but they install quite widely with some large scale installations in Wales.
