Order for: Dark Sun Blade IR.

Very pleased overall with this purchase. The product itself is of top quality and clearly well made. Delivery was also perfectly reasonable, arriving within a week of ordering, which is entirely acceptable in my opinion.

Some critics have raised concern over carriage packaging. The packaging was secure and protective without being excessive, reducing unnecessary waste.

My only observation, and reason for a 4* rating, would be that communication and updates during the process could have been better. That said, I do think society has become too accustomed to expecting overnight service and constant updates. A little more patience is probably something we could all benefit from.

Overall, I would happily recommend this company and would certainly order again. Thanks NVS!

A super product which was expected but what really stood out was the phenomenal customer service from Clive that was off the charts so can't recommend the Night Vision Store highly enough - brilliant experience !!

Black sun blade ir torch. Excellent torch . Quality construction. No play in head when zooming in and out. Handy red light at the rear dimmer switch so you know when it's on or off to save battery. Works really well on top of my alpex a50el .4k lrf . Throws a clear beam out to a very long distance. The shop answered my e mail in less than a hour . And posted it royal mail 24 hr...great product and service...cheers

Unfortunately there is no zero score to award the Wards. No contact what so ever…. Were able to take my money… advertised an item they didn’t have and then told me it was on back order! Still waiting 2 months later.. don’t answer phone or emails… avoid… I’m hanging on in the hope it arrives at some point but basic contact can’t be that hard!

Excellent product - market leading in terms of size and power and works amazingly well with the Alpex 4K.

Ordered the blade IR torch, delivered quickly, very powerful ir and well constructed torch. Nice and compact and power adjustable, Clive responded quickly to my emails, highly recommend.

Zero issues with my IR Illuminator and shipping to Germany was also flawless!

Ordered a ir illuminatior on Sunday and received it on Tuesday, very pleased with the quick response. Haven’t used it yet but very pleased with the quick delivery and prompt responses from Clive . Looks like a high quality well made product.

Placed a order took my money order never turned up no reply on email and don’t answer the phone over £150 left number still haven’t heard nothing

Have used NVS since 2010, & had good service from them.
Recently purchased a Dark Engine Blade IR, which is beautifully made & compact...suits all my NV especially my Alpex 4k.
Had a minor niggle immediately sorted by a quick response from them.

I originally contacted NVS about the PARD NV007SP but unfortunately it was out of stock just like many other places. I contacted them via Facebook messenger and they recommended the SYTONG HT88, originally I was very sceptical about it as I haven’t heard many reviews but they assured me that the specs where just as good if not better. They clearly have a lot of knowledge about night vision as any questions I had they gave me a nice clear answer. When the night vision arrived I took it out and couldn’t believe how clear it was, with the build in IR I could easily see 200-300yrd.
All round it was a great experience dealing with NVS and will definitely try and use them in the future maybe for my next purchase which will be a thermal spotter.

Great advice on what torch would work best with my husbands night scope.
Arrived in good time even just before Christmas and hes delighted with it and can see for miles.

Top man , gave great advice on night Vision and illumination.
Ir torch came quickly and is very very good.
Would use again.

Unfortunately there is no zero star award here. This organisation is just plain thievery. Instant deduction of funds, no order confirmation or contact. They have ignored emails, messages sent via their site and will not answer calls or respond to voicemail. I wish I’d seen the warning reviews so hopefully this will help other avoid any grief. Crooks.
