Backordered product

Company had sold out of the blanket I ordered but contacted me regarding a substitute. I needed a particular color and was not in a rush so I chose to wait for production. The date projected was on the money and the product is perfect. Communication was fantastic

Patience

You must be patient with the shipping process but they send text messages to let you know where your products are and the products are super cute at great prices. Communication is very good!

Great Experience So Far

I ordered on January 26th

I ordered on January 26th. Delivery was supposed to be Friday to Sunday. Today is Tuesday, February 11th. I still have not received my order which was $100. Talked to an online rep who was of no help, only to tell me it cleared customs. No info provided once I ordered, period. NO TRACKING # provided.
