The printer will need to be searched and connected via the Niimbot App. Connecting directly via phone Bluetooth may not work. In case a defective device you received and you bought from us (niimbotlabel.com / materiol.com), we will send you a replacement printer. Phew, my story is pretty long, but try to make it short.
I ordered 1 printer, which didn't work very well. As a compensation I received another one, which also had some issues. Meanwhile I ordered one as a Xmas present to my family member, that worked perfectly! Because of the second printer's issues I again received another (ie. Number 4.) printer to replace the second one. During this whole period of time I was constantly in touch with the customer service. And let me stop here for a second; During the whole period of this time, I never had to wait for him, he was always there for me, supporting me, and ensuring that they were looking for the solution, which is amazing! And the whole time, which took about a month, I had a contact with the same person! So, I didn't have to start telling my misery from scratch all the time to a new person. It's a new experience for me.
To put the story into a nutshell it turned out that all we needed (I mean all of my printers) was a software update for each one of them.
Now, how lucky I am! I had a wonderful chit-chatting time with an amazing person from the support, who is so understanding and helpful. I never got upset, because he is such a perfect communicator! And it turned out that I also got "buy 2 get 4" promotion- accidentally ;) . I love that! This had never happened to me before :D
Thank you Materiol! This was my best ever first positive experience from a Chinese company. And last but not least, thank you Mark!!!

I find this easy to use
I find this easy to use . Would like to see the labels have a bit more choice like maybe just plain stickers not the plastic coating and then maybe the price of the labels could drop a bit. A good printer for the price and in very happy with it!
