The worst customer service with no…

The worst customer service with no accountability to it's own errors. I missed a product (lightweight jacket) in a box that was suposed to have 4 items total. After several e-mails they said: the weight of the send package was within acceptable measures, so we will not refund you. After contact by phone (long wait) still the same with no options to continue the procedure for refund.

All in all i send everything back and will let my creditcadd conpany dispute all charges and will never shop at nike again. I refuse to pay 70 euro's for something i did not receive.

Terrible customer service, does not match up to brand reputation

For such a well known brand, their customer service is shocking. Sent the completely incorrect item, I have to return at my own inconvenience and wait for a refund before we can discuss sending the right item. It's taken a 40 min 'live' chat which was the slowest experience in live chat history and me phoning to keep being given this inconvenient and quite frankly rubbish outcome. Oh and if you have to contact customer service be prepared to have to repeatedly give the same details over and over again - AI and Customer Service gone wrong Nike - sort it out.
Order number: C01533432953 if anyone from Nike monitors this and wants to do the right thing and get me the item I actually ordered.

Do not buy from Nike!

I have ordered a pair of Nike air max 90 and they delivered directly to a parcel shop. When I pick up the package and look inside it was a cheap and different pair of shoes! After I get in contact with support they will refund me in 1 month ! Lame way to go ….

I never got the package I ordered. Nike claims it was delivered via DHL, but it hasn't been, and they have conducted an investigation and are saying the order has been delivered and there's nothing else they can do. They refuse to take any responsibility and are telling me to take it up with DHL. Horrible customer service.

Never received my money back!

I returned my items 2 MONTHS AGO. Sent proof of postage and proof from PostNl that the items are there, but they are still denying to give me my money back.
They simply say "if we can not find the items, then we can not give you the money back", even though I sent them enough proof of the items being returned. All the reviews here say the same: they are keeping OUR MONEY AND NOT RETURNING IT!!!!! Terrible experience, and awful customer service, not a serious company anymore.

Purchase of pair of Jordan’s at Kalverstraat Amsterdam

At the Nike Store on the Kalverstraat in Amsterdam, we were helped very friendly by Hamza. We bought our son’s 1st pair of Nike Air Jordan 1 Mids. Hamza was very helpful in getting different sizes and honest in sharing his opinion which made it easier for our son to make his choice when he couldn’t choose out of 2 different color combination pair of Jordan’s. Unfortunately I was too late in filling out the feedback by QR code, but hopefully this will also do. Our son is very happy with his pair of Jordan’s. Thanks for your help Hamza!

I bought recently not used second hand Nike air sneaker from Het Goed SecondHand Shop
in Blaak, Rotterdam. I wore them only 4 or 5 times when I am biking. A couple of days ago I noticed that they were torn from the edges. It was really unbelievable! Today I had a contact with Nike customer service and told all the story. I expected that they want to control the sneakers. But I was frustrated by the customer service's reaction. I wanted to send them the shoes for analyzing but They told me that the second-hand is not a Nike retail. What an important information, hé?! Big companies should stand behind their products.
