This is a scam service

This is a scam service! I opened an account last Friday, payed 25€ annual services in a Nikel shop, activated the card, on Monday got a transfer from my friend 350€, and immediately got an email that my account is CLESED! No explanation or valid reason. I tried to call customer service, got an answer from a "machine-man", who knows literally NOTHING! Just reads from a screen. Now they claim that my account is closed and they don't give an explanation, just telling me that i can get my money back. But i need an account. Also i payed 25€ for services that i am not getting!
I sent an email demanding at least a valid reason for my account being closed. Or i will file a civil law suit for discrimination. It is a pure case of discrimination! Disgusting!
