Antartic view blinds

Ordered a set of blinds with a Antartic landscape, sea and iceberg.

It was stunning. Very clear good quality. Expectations exceeded.

Very well packaged and arrived safe and undamaged.

Will use again.

Vintage World Map Bathroom Blind

We ordered a blind for the bathroom, with a vintage world map printed on it. It fits perfectly (after half a dozen paranoid measurings of the window space), was easy to install and looks perfect. We are really happy with it. Delivery was prompt, the blind well wrapped, and the email information detailing stages was useful. I would definitely order from Nikkel Art again. Now we just have to finish doing the bathroom.

The only reason I didn't give my review…

The only reason I didn't give my review more stars is because although I was very pleased with the picture the delivery notification could have been better. I was informed it would be delivered on the 23rd November, no window given. It would have been helpful if at least it was going to be a morning or afternoon delivery. Your tracking information was good up until this point.

Great product and service

I ordered a lovely roller blind to go with my new bathroom only to realise shortly afterwards...about half an hour..that I had ordered the wrong size. Thankfully they were able to amend my online order and the blind arrived as per my second lot of instructions. It looks amazing and just like it did online. Great product and service . Thank you

Excellent products, exceptional customer care

Ordered a bathroom roller blind (with help from Daisy) and was very happy with the process and the product; I wanted to get matching 'covers' for bath panels and after advice (from Daisy, again) as to whether 'wall murals' or 'furniture stickers' were most suitable I ordered the 'furniture stickers'. The self-adhesive, laminated stickers complement the roller blind perfectly - great website, excellent product range and quality, and exceptional customer care from ordering to delivery.

I messed up my measurements

I messed up my measurements, and a phone call dealt with it. Easy to deal with and quick delivery.
Looks fantastic on the wall . Couldn't be happier with the product and service.

Awful Customer Service

My parcel has been lost by the courier company for two weeks now and although Nikkel-Art apologise I’ve been advised that I have to wait for up to another three weeks for this to be investigated. Boasts of fast dispatch and delivery and excellent customer satisfaction are wrong and misleading.

Me and my Polar Bear!

Received my splashback in excellent condition on the date given me. My beautiful Polar Bear stands proud in the Arctic scene, reminding me of my time spent in Churchill Canada. I can't wait for my kitchen to be finished with this marvellous artwork in pride of place, thank you Nikkel-Art.

I order a wall mural on the website

I order a wall mural on the website.
My order progress was communicated well and delivered in a timely fashion. The item received was as expected and I have managed to paste to my wall and looks superb.
I also requested and received the wall paper paste. The instructions were in French / German, which I translated but were still not clear. I wasn't sure it I was mixing it correctly and it didn't look quite correct. However I muddled through and got a good result.
Please improve on the wall paper paste instructions.
In general - superb wall art.
