The Nikura diffuser is such a good idea. I always stopped using diffusers in the past as having to change the water and clean it out to stop it smelling musty was really annoying. The nikura diffuser is a much stronger scent because it is the pure essential oil fragrance, it isn’t diluted with water and doesn’t need cleaning like traditional diffusers. I’m going to get one for every room!

The pricing is excellent and affordable. The products are amazing and such a big range. I have never been disappointed with anything that I have bought. There was a problem with my last order, entirely my fault, but the support team dealt with it very promptly and efficiently. I could not fault this company and I recommend it to all my family and friends. Well done Nikura .

The mist diffuser is very neat and practical and I liked the idea of not using a tea light. However after trying many of the oils, unfortunately I don’t like any of them! They smell sweet and not like aromatherapy oils, plus they make me cough. The lavender isn’t too bad. I have gone back to using original oils with a burner, much nicer to be honest, sorry.

The diffuser itself is nice and compact but unfortunately I didn’t like any of the oil smells they give me a headache and are over powering

Good product and makes the room smell amazing..delivered quickly. My only negative the charge doesn't last very long and constantly putting it on charge but it wouldn't stop me recommending or buying another

My order was delivered promptly. The carrier oils jojoba and caster oil are of high quality and the bottle packaging of good quality and recyclable. The essential oils too Bergamot and Frankincense were of good quality. Since then I have ordered further E/Oils cinnamon and rosemary, both of good quality... I will be shopping here again.

Customer service was terrible. I bought so much and was disappointed at Nikira's response when I called to let them know that the Frankincense smelled off and pungent. I got a very unhelpful defensive email insisting that there is nothing wrong. I felt they did not validate my experience. I have been used to other companies and they will refund or at least listen and validate. Nikura waved my observations away like. I will not be returning.
