Order a phonecase for my son in February. 3-5days to deliver. Email came with delivery update,and date that it should arrived . Still waiting. Which ive had to tell my son is obviously not.😪. No reply to my emails. They answer the chat,and say go to the customer support.

PLEASE AVOID! I placed my order in September for two customised keyboard cases which didn’t arrive! I started chasing first week of October for updates and didn’t get an update for ages from Nillkin, siting public holiday for the late response. Anyway… they told me it was with the courier, I asked for the tracking and this was provided to me. It was taking awfully long as it looked like it was being delivered from china. I was getting worried as a couple of weeks had passed and I still didn’t receive my package. I started to email them again; they told me that the package had been ‘safely’ delivered to me and that they have a signature which is a complete lie. If I had indeed signed for the package I would have it right? So, almost two months later I have been asking for a refund or replacement and to be honest after all this rigmarole I really don’t want the items again because they have completely ignored my request for a resolution. They told me to contact the courier for a loss certificate. When I called the courier they told me that I cannot ask them for a loss certificate only the sender can request this. I have been hammering milking with emails and still to this day am waiting for a response. They have completed ignored my requests and now I don’t know what else to do. I am short of £121.00 and my keyboard cases. Please BEWARE!
