Terrible terrible terrible
Terrible terrible terrible. These are not AT ALL what they say they are. My sandals are not only severely uncomfortable as the material is cheap - not leather - and cuts into every part of my foot it touches, but worse than this - they have the most ridiculous and loud sqeak when walking.
They offer a 100% refund if you're not happy with product - but this is a lie - they have asked me to close my dispute in paypal in order to receive 30% back. Do not waste your money - a complete scam site!
UPDATE: they refused to give me the refund they say they will give if you're not happy with the product - but that is why I use PayPal, as opened a dispute and they could see the state of the product sent and gave me the refund in full. Thankyou PayPal!

These bear no resemblance to the sandals which allegedly are recommended by orthopaedists. Impossible - as there is no arch support at all so these would cause more harm than good. Absolute rubbish and a waste of money

Comfort at last with these shoes!
My wife has always had a problem getting comfortable shoes / that look good and don’t hurt her feet when she wears them. After many shoes bought in the past she, at last, has found the answer in that Nilnook shoes do the job. She was so delighted with these shoes on Holiday that she wanted me to order another pair - the same design and make - this time, beige to go with her black ones.

Ordered a TurboWasher
Ordered a TurboWasher which was supposed to be a pressure washer that you just put on the end of your garden hose. Absolute rubbish, no more powerful than your normal garden hose spray head. Unfortunately I was out of my 14 day return period.
Waste of money! It was on a 50% off offer for a period of time but I have been refreshing the website for the past month and the offer is always there and always expires within in a couple of days. Scam company - I would avoid!

Avoid. Very poor quality.
Wrong shoe size sent which was of abysmal quality anyway, they wouldn't refund only replace via me reordering with a 100% discount code. The website literally only has about 14 random products on it so my only option was to reorder a replacement pair. The sandals I received had no size details on (the first pair had a plastic bag with a size sticker on which is how I knew the wrong size was sent, the second pair had nothing), there was no information about what the sandals were made from, but the materials are very low quality. I was offered via email a £5 refund if I took a screenshot of this positive review...guess I won't receive that. Products are sent from Romania way as stated in the small print in the ridiculous terms and conditions, but who read them? So delivery took in excess of 3 weeks for the first pair of sandals to arrive. The only positive is that the correspondence emails are politely written, got to love those bots. Needless to say I shall be unsubscribing from their emails.

Terrible product and false claim of of refund
I had the same experience that’s been described below - bought shoes for £30 advertised as comfortable/ergonomic and chic - the cheapest shoes I’ve ever seen arrived, they were so badly made they didn’t hold my feet in place. Were obviously £5 shoes with a very untruthful advertising campaign. Emailed the company who said that despite the 100% refund policy, I could either have another pair of shoes, have a 30% refund, or pay for postage back to Macedonia myself. I posted them back for £17. Wonder if I’ll ever get my money back…. Or whether I’ve just wasted even more money. Disappointing product and service - don’t use.

Purchased a pair of shoes but when they arrived they were not as advertised supposedly comfort for all day wearing they were as hard as nails. When requested return told to return them at my expense to Macedonia tracked. Post office cost £17.00. The shoes cost £29.99. I suggest you avoid this company.

Warning A scam company.
No customer service just a computerised response to an email about delivery bearing no relation to the complaint.
Product eventually arrived extremely cheap plastic and unfinished fabric on flip flops. Nothing like the photograph on line.
Definitely a scam company and no doubt the couple of excellent reviews on line have been manufactured by them.
