Purchased orthopedic shoes, when received the quality was sooooo poor that I wouldn't have even accepted them if someone gave them to me for free.
The company is decitful and provides no clear information when ordering, the product did not match the description. The description on the website was stolen from another company, they are not offering 70% or 80% discounts it's, because their manufacturering costs are below £1 BSP!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES.
THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU REFUND. DO NOT LINE THEIR POCKETS WITH OUR HARD EARNT CASH.. I WOULD RATHER GIVE TO A CHARITY.. THEY ARE A SCAMMERS,STAY CLEAR OF THEM

Shoes received were not those as advertised
Ordered these sandals after seeing an advert on Google (I had recently searched wide fitting sandals). Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews until after I'd submitted my order. The shoes shown in the adverts are not the shoes you get. One of the pictures on the website bares the Taos label, but the shoes I received have no labels, size numbers, list of materials used etc. The insoles are different to those illustrated and I doubt the support given to the foot will be as expected. For £29.99, I would have probably got something of better quality from a high street discount shoe shop.
They'll be ok for pottering around the house or wearing on the beach, but I wouldn't wear them for general walking.
The sandals were packed in bubble wrap & not padded out, so arrived crumpled.

I have just purchased some sandals from a company called NILNOOK, Please do not use this company. It says it is UK based but goods come from Macedonia and it would cost you a fortune to return the goods if not up to standard. Luckily I have gone through PayPal and should get my money back. Wish I'd read the reviews below before I ordered. My experience is the same. Bought a pair of shoes which were advertised as orthopaedic, when they eventually came, couldn't even get my feet into them. I haven't checked postage to Macedonia for return, but they are only offering 30% refund and I bet postage is as much as the possible £10 or £12 they are offering. Do not buy from this company, they are not what they appear and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. One star because you can't give no star.

Order is size 6...they were huge! Request a refund. So far haven't heard back. But did look cost to mail them back. Their return address is in North Macedonia over $40 to ship back a $25 pair of shoes.
They say Nilbnook USA. But NOT a US company. Their products comes from China and return is in Macedonia. Very misleading.

Goods sent are from Temu or Shein...all rubbish but charged 6 times as much for.
When asked for a refund got given options...one was to keep the item and get an 100% voucher code to use on their website but no cash back!!!
And if you do return you have to pay postage to Moldovia...not many people will fo that. Steer clear.

Products are exactly as on the pictures.
The sandals fit me perfectly and I have bought a second pair. I hope it will be just like the first. However tracking my parcel was not possible and the parcel got to me after a week. I considered reversal due to this.

I definitely DO NOT recommend the Ortho Sun style of Nilnook. The soles are good and fit well. However, the uppers are the cheapest, ill made, plasticky looking I have ever seen on a sandle. I would not have paid the £29.99 for them, let alone the RRP. This company seriously need to review their quality control. I will not return them as I have no wish to waste more money on return postage.

Bought pair of shoes reduced from £69.99 to £29.99. On delivery they were totally different from the illustrated goods. Emailed Nilnook regarding return and refund. Told that to get refund I had to send them to MACEDONIA! at my expense (God knows what that’ll cost). My advice is AVOID THIS COWBOY COMPANY at all costs.
