Like other reviewers ......

Like other reviewers, I fell for NilNooks smart ads with their fake claims. They promise the world with great quality, prices and returns. Sandals are so light, I presume they are hollow sole. Take great note - Returns are to North Mongolia and would cost a small fortune to return (over £50!) - they know this of course and unless you delve into their terms & conditions, you will be unaware of this. They will not pay for postage even though faulty There's a UK return address on their label but apparently customers cannot use this! .... Hmmmm?. They even promise a refund of £5 if you can prove you've left them a good review! Could this be the reason for some good reviews on here? They don't actually advertise that many goods on their website and what I bought was absolute rubbish. They can keep their £5 - I just want the public not to be as gullible as I was.

A good experience

A good shopping experience from order to delivery. The slippers I ordered arrived a little later than expected but were packed well and size 5-6 fit well. They are so comfortable I don't want to take them off! I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Made the mistake of buying twice from this foreign company. Not in the UK. Delays in delivery of both items, and very poor quality! Very disappointed. Both items were not exactly as advertised & shown in the photographs, & both were inferior products, one not working at all.

Scam company

Scam company, goods arrived but obviously a cheap copy - i ordered flip flops, coral coloured suede tops and orthopaedic soles, reduced to £29 from £69 - seemed like a bargain. Well all I’ve done is put £28.50 into their fraudulent profit because they’re only worth 50p! Don’t get tempted!

DON'T BE FOOLED

Like the other reviewers, I ordered a pair of sandals. The advert stated they are British made so I felt confident in ordering the sandals. When they arrived they are nothing like the description in the advertising hype. They are cheap and poorly made. I asked for a refund and told I would have to pay shipping to Macedonia even though they have a base in the UK. This is a scam and breaks all the consumer UK laws
I'm going ito report them to Trading Standards in the hope they can stop them operating against consumer law.

Got sent 2 very cheap right shoes

Got sent 2 right shoes, no way of getting hold of customer services, very cheap poorly made items never worth the amount of money they charge. I can't get a refund or a replacement, so now I'm out of pocket by over £30. I can't believe any of the GOOD reviews are genuine. Complete shoddy mess, not worth the money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It's a swindle. You also only get a generic automated reply, everyone gets the exact same thing and that reply means NOTHING!

Bought a pair of trainers they are …

Bought a pair of trainers they are awful , cheap rubbish wished I had seen the reviews before ordering I thought they were a UK company but clearly not if I want to return for a refund they have to be returned to Romania what a scam company this is
your led to believe they are in Southall total rip off , I will be reporting to trading standards and anyone else who deals with theses scams totally dishonest company do not waste your money with company

Awful dishonest company. Previous negative reviews are unfortunately accurate.

Please please if you are reading this. Please do not shop with this company. Unfortunately all of the negative reviews are accurate. I ordered a pair of what looked like really nice wedge sandals and received a pair of childs slippers. Having contacted them - they said they only offer a 30% refund and if I wanted to return them to Macedonia - I would need to pay for the cost. Absolutely disgusting. Their description of themselves is totally inaccurate - they say their office is in Southall but it’s obviously not. I dread to think of how many scams they have managed to get away with. Please once again rethink any purchase.

I received wrong size shoes not what I…

I received wrong size shoes not what I ordered got in touch with your company after admitting you made the mistake I was offered 💯 discount on my next order and I keep the the shoes I received I was given a code 2 times which didn't work so I said just make it simple
And refund my card then I was told on 17 th July to order new shoes and U will refund promptly as soon as I order so I ordered another pair right size and still waiting for response to refund my card from 19th July when I informed my new order number so no reply yet

OrthoSun™ Pain relief sandals

OrthoSun™ - ergonomic orthopedic sandals for pain relief - absolute rubbish

These sandals are cheap, plastic and really uncomfortable. Stitching rubs and they are basically unwearable. To get refund you have to send the product to Macedonia which costs a fortune. Don’t be fooled these are poor quality and not fit for purpose.

Absolutely Rubbish Item

Absolutely Rubbish Item, not the quality that's was stated and did not do the job as stated, no contact details on their website, after research I found an email and returns policy. they expect you obtain permission for a refund then you have to send to Macedonia costing more than the item itself without reimbursement of postage and packaging.

Don't buy from this company.
