Unreliable Service and Misleading Promises
I had a very disappointing experience with NilSi Express while sending a parcel from Faridabad to the UK. I was in continuous contact with a representative named Simanchal Nahak, who committed that the parcel would be delivered to the UK within 8 days. From the beginning, his communication was rude and highly unprofessional.
Pickup was scheduled from Faridabad on 14 January 2026 for transfer to Mumbai. My brother waited the entire day, but no one came for pickup. Despite calling Simanchal multiple times, he kept saying “next 15 minutes” repeatedly, which never happened.
The next day, someone visited but refused to accept the parcel from home and even came without a shipping label. They promised to return on 16 January, and only then was the parcel finally collected. We provided the shipping label ourselves as a courtesy.
Shockingly, it took 6 days just to move the parcel from Faridabad to Mumbai, with the location updating on 21 January. When I asked about the UK delivery timeline, Simanchal assured me it would be dis-patched immediately and delivered within 3 days (by 24 January). However, the tracking later showed “Parcel on Hold due to credit limit”, indicating that NilSi Express had not paid the freight company on time and shipments were held. When I questioned this, Simanchal gave false information, claiming the parcel had already reached the UK and was in customs clearance, which was untrue. His behavior remained rude, and after that he stopped answering my calls completely.
The parcel was finally delivered on 2 February, taking around 20 days instead of the promised 8.
Overall, this was a very poor experience due to false commitments, delays, lack of transparency, and unprofessional customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using NilSi Ex-press.
