BEWARE - Purchased (1/28/22), received (2/11/22), quality was nowhere near what I thought it would be. Based on their return policy, "In most cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within 45 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable." I send this email on 2/11/22 -

THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE QUALITY THAT I WAS EXPECTING AND WANT TO RETURN FOR A REFUND.

On 2/21/22 I wrote, As you can see, this is my second request for instructions to return my order.

Please respond. If I do not have a response by no later than Friday, February 25th I will let AMEX, which is how I paid for my order, know that you have not honored your return policy, they will refund me my money and you can then deal with AMEX to get your payment.

NO RESPONSE

The phone number that AMEX has for them is a non-working number.

Order arrived after a long wait but not suitable as too big and bulky, so far, after several requests no response with return details. Therefore I would recommend not to order in the first place!

On December 31, 2021 I ordered a Nimalist RFID airtag wallet, as of this time March 1, 2021, I have not received my order. This store is total scam!! My order # is UG313425761YP

I wish i read these reviews. The wallets are NOT like the photos, they don't respond to emails requesting returns. The product is shabby and this is an unethical company. Stay aways... these are BAD people.

Wallets are poor quality. Received damaged wallet and when I reached out to make a return, they would not respond.

I gave 1star because it’s the lowest I can go please don’t buy from nimlist they can’t deliver on time you can’t talk to service rep very easily and take up to 3 days to respond I’m still waiting on a wallet I ordered over 3 weeks ago Buyer beware stay clear of Nimlist

My order not only arrived late but it doesn’t even function as stated on the website. Horrible quality product. I’ve emailed 5x since and no response. I went on their Instagram and realise they blocked all comments. SCAM WEBSITE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. No reply on any point of contact (email, social media) despite multiple attempts. Considering they have a lifetime warranty I would say good luck to anyone attempting to make a claim. They have now also blocked me on Instagram in attempt to reduce bad reviews on their page

Poor quality products that don’t live up to the images on the website and are well overpriced and you can’t get a refund if your not happy.

Company is a SCAM!! Tried to return an item with no response. I have sent a dozen emails requesting return instructions with no response. Obviously I’m not alone. Even tried to contact via Facebook messenger. Nothing. This company needs to be shutdown. Please file a complaint with the BBB. Worth a try.

Scam. Apple airtag is not included, it’s a cheap ass piece of crap wich holds max 6 cards instead of the 12 stated on their website. It has NO rfid blocker, unlike stated on their website.

This company is a scam. I ordered the NIMALIST™ AIRTAG SLIDE WALLET. It took 16 days to receive the item. Then I realized that the item I received is not the one depicted on the website. (It is supposed to be 0.4 in thick, but it's actually 0.75 in on the THIN side of the wallet.) I emailed them 5 times since that's the only way to contact them, and received no response. The website says "hassle free returns" LMAO DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Zero stars it would be if I had the option. USPS has listed as waiting for package for a week now. I know there are issues everywhere with covid. This feels like total abuse of circumstances. They have not answered any of my messages sent to them. Their product is very expensive and I would expect better customer service. My advice do not order from Nimalist like me you will regret it. Let me update over a month and no wallet. I found a video on YouTube this is a Chinese scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not an American company. There products are cheap fakes.

I normally don't write product reviews, but because I read so many bad reviews here, I wanted to share my positive experience.

I became interested in a sliding wallet after seeing all the ads for Secrit and Ekster, but the price was just too high. So I started reseaching for other options and found Nimalist. I didn't hear about them but after reading all the great reviews on "their" website I ordered the Premium Leather Slide Wallet. I ordered on Jan 19th. I assumed it would arrive soon because they don't make it clear the product gets shipped from China. I think that is a mistake. If they make it clear it is being shipped internationally, people would trust the company more. Hiding the fact makes Nimalist seem fishy.

After realizing the shipment will take a while I reasearched more and found this website (TrustPilot) with slew of negative reviews. I felt like a loser and began to expect my money lost, but Nimalist would update the shipping status every 2-3 days so the wait was bearable. The status showed it being packaged, shipped to Shanghai Airport, Arriving in LA Airport, being sent to delivery center, and finally arriving at my home in California on Feb 5th. Wow such a long wait. For the record, they didn't respond to any of my emails. I asked if they were based in the US, if they could cancel my order, what would be the expected delivery date, etc but no reply ever came back. Only the shipping status website would be updated every 2 days. Clearly they don’t care much about customer satisfaction, but someone is updating the status and the product is real.

Regarding the product, I am completely satisfied. The Onyx Black color looks cool and sophisticated (it's a very dark grey) and the wallet folds flat even when full and with some cash in it. At first it wasn’t completely flat and would stay slightly open, but after a few squishing and normal use, the leather stretched into place. Also to my surprise I was able to put 8 cards into the sliding mechanism as advertised! (I put 7 flat and 1 embossed cards inside.) It’s a tight fit but it works fine. The wallet feels premium, looks super cool, and functions as it should. I have only used it for a few days, so I will try to update my review after some more time.

I would recommend the Premium Leather Slide Wallet to anyone who can wait for almost a month. I would give it 5 stars but the long wait time couldn't make me give it a perfect score. Quality wise it is top notch. Hope this helps.

I ordered a wallet for Christmas for my husband. It took several weeks to receive. Once finally received my husband didn’t find it that practical so I initiated a return. It’s been been a month and a half and have had no response from the company. Their website states 3 business days, it’s been almost 20 working days. Seems like a scam to me and best to avoid, as you can’t reach any sort of customer service. The quality of the wallet is nothing special either for the price and looks like it was shipped from china
