No response, no customer service, no way to exchange/return the products.

I AM REPORTING YOUR SCAM!!

On 12/13/21 I purchased 2 items, one of which I still have not received (AirTag Keychain) nor has the company responded to my 5 emails. Nimalist responded to my initial email and provided updated tracking info; however, I still have not received the order, refund or a response to the 5 subsequent emails.

As I now see on this site, my story is not unique. Wallet not what I ordered, have tried to contact the company several times and have had no response. I do not recommend this company.

I am sorry to have to write a negative review. Their carbon fiber wallet’s clip was defective. I tried to contact them 4 times via email for replacement or refund. I couldn’t call since they do not publish a phone number. This type of lack of acknowledgment and response is unacceptable. Beware!!

Same as everybody else. Ordered the wallet, doesn't work. Sent emails 4 times as per their return instructions and no response. It's people like this that give the Chinese a bad name. It's disgraceful and they need to be shutdown and be accountable.

Ripped off!! Ordered key chain and wallet for my husband both are so cheap looking. Not leather. Doesn’t even look like the photos they advertise and his credit cards fall out and the tracker doesn’t even fit in the keychain. Have sent several emails and no response and they delete all the negative comments

I ordered an airtag wallet for my boyfriend and it just isn't functional for him. I have emailed them 4 times requesting a return but have not had any response. This company is pathetic and literally just want your money. The wallet isn't even nice, it looks and feels cheap.

I ordered a wallet for my husband for Christmas. When I emailed the company to ask a shipping question, I had a response back within 24 hours. Then my husband tried to use the wallet and it’s really not functional. The cards spill out all over the floor. I emailed again asking for a return and didn’t hear back. I have now tried contacting them 4 times with no response. Very depressing when they advertise hassle free returns.

The fake reviews were probably Nimalist owner/employees trying to offset the bad reviews. Glad they have taken them down. Being an IOS user, it saddens me that they have done this to Apple customers simply trying to purchase Airtag-related items. I have filed a dispute w/ my Apple Credit Card. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered a wallet in November and within hours, requested cancellation of the order via email and text. When the order was subsequently shipped, I notified of my intent to reject the order, which was impossible because it came in with no return address. When received on December 13th, I immediately requested an RMA, which again was ignored. Now in a dispute with them to get my money back, and they are mis-representing the facts to the CC company.

There is absolutely no communication other than to take your money. I ordered something for my son in law, in which my daughter had already ordered, so I wanted to return it. Weeks later along with numerous emails....still no response or a way of calling them. They definitely need to be reported and shut down.

I bought the Nimalist AirTag wallet. SUPER CHEAP STUFF!! Do not buy, it is so bad quality, and it stinks. I don't even want to touch it.
I wanted to return the item, but there is no response, not from the contact form on their web site nor via email. I send 4 emails already and no response... Super bad experience, DO NOT BUY!!

Well, unlike most of the others here, I received my $40 AirTag wallet. It took a dang long time to get here from China, and the wallet is cheap cheap cheap. Very disappointing. I’m not even really sure if it’s actually leather as advertised. So, I don’t find it to be a scam. Just crap.

Maybe I’ll stop buying garbage from China.

Saw on ad on Insta - fell for this scam.

Bought two metal wallets before Christmas and never received them. Also emailed them a few times and never received any response. Avoid, if you already bought, request chargeback from your card issuer or bank.

Pretty sure the guy who posted an excellent review, either works for the company, is the scammer trying to counter the bad reviews, or just got lucky that the item he received met his needs with no issue of needing a return..Why did you even come looking to trust pilot to file a review if you were so satisfied and why tell us to be ashamed?

They have plenty of time to respond to facebook ads; but customer service will NEVER return an email. There is no way to exchange/return this product. I would avoid doing business with Nimalist.

Do not buy from this company - you will receive a cheap plastic horrid wallet, and there is no way to return. Theres only an email that they don't respond to. Try writing to them and see if you get a response! someone needs to shut down this website as they are scamming a lot of people. I got it off instagram, do not buy!

absolute JUNK and NEVER replied back to me . I sent 10 Emails.. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw these reviews a few minutes after placing my order, so I sent a message via their website and emailed to cancel the order. Despite emailing every day for a week, my emails were ignored and the order was dispatched. I received the order after a few weeks and have been emailing Nimalist every other day for two weeks now. I’ve not had any response at any of my emails. The wallet looks and feels cheap. It looks exactly the same as the wallets available on Amazon for a much cheaper price, so if you’re still tempted I would recommend buying one of those - at least then you can return it for a refund when/if you’re disappointed by the wallet.
