Terrible company - avoid at any costs
I ordered a dining table and chairs in November, with shipment promised for the second week. Without any warning, Nimara shipped the order in week 50 – almost 4 weeks earlier than agreed. Because of this, I had to cut my trip short to be home for delivery.
The first delivery failed due to snow, even though I took a day off work. I then had to take another day off for the second delivery.
When I finally received the items, the table was very poor quality and extremely unstable and wobbly, despite being assembled correctly. I sent multiple photos and videos, but customer service kept asking for more of the same instead of fixing the issue.
When I tried to return the chairs, their website said my return period had expired, even though only 2 days had passed since delivery. I also called customer service 4 times and got different answers each time. I was first told the return fee was 199 SEK, then later informed by email it was 699 DKK, even though their website states that 699 SEK applies only to large items like tables or sofas – not chairs.
Poor communication, inconsistent information, and low-quality products. Avoid this company.

**Keep away from this company**
I placed an order on 20 December 2025 with order number NL34357 for a dining table and chairs. During checkout, it was clearly stated that the delivery would take place between 29 and 30 December.
As I needed the order for a New Year’s Eve event, I attempted to contact the company on both 29 and 30 December to confirm the delivery time. Unfortunately, the Netherlands customer service phone number listed on the website appears to be non-existent, leaving no direct way to reach the company.
As a result, I had to search for the company founder, R.N, on LinkedIn and contact him directly. Instead of addressing the issue or assisting with the delayed delivery, I was referred to the customer service manager. I contacted the manager as instructed but have received no response to date.
As a frequent online shopper, I would not recommend placing an order with a company that offers no reliable way to contact customer support and lists an invalid customer service number on its website.

Defect on one side leg
Hi,
We received the parcel.
I just want to inform you I have now assembled the sofa and it seems there is a defect on one side.
The sofa on one side leg is always in the air by 1 cm from ground. One has to always sit on the side to keep it down. I tried to fix the sofa 2 times, same situation 🙁

They say they are going to deliver after 2-3 working days...the problem is that they don't specify of which week in time. Awful. Still waiting for my chairs to arrive. Dropshipping awful place.

When ordered a top mattress for my guests to use on a sofabed I saw that this shop will deliver it in 2 weeks, however after two weeks there was no notification about. When I contacted the costumer service they told me it will be delivered only in week 3. Meaning nearly 2 month after placing the order!!! My guests arrive next week... I would have never bought ut if I knew this was the case!!!

Promised fast delivery
Promised fast delivery – still no product after several weeksI ordered from Nimara on 21.9.2025, where delivery within 8–10 days was advertised. This was also the reason I chose to shop here.
After several delays, I was promised delivery in week 44, but now the company is again trying to change the delivery date – this time all the way to week 51.
I have documentation (screenshot) of the original delivery time, and it is clear that the advertisement does not match reality. It feels misleading, and customer service does not take responsibility for the promises made at the time of purchase.If delivery does not occur as promised, I will contact the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, as there appears to be a pattern of problems fulfilling what was promised when reading the reviews.
I would recommend that others be very cautious about delivery times before placing an order.
It didn't stop there, I was promised my item would be delivered in week 47, moved up a delivery date, and again it is moved up to week 51, which means more than 12 weeks of delivery time.

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Blameful Customer Service
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Nimara. The surface of my table has started peeling in multiple places, and the table isn’t even one year old. I take extremely good care of my furniture — I always use a tablecloth and plate covers when eating — so there’s absolutely no reason this should happen under normal use.
When I contacted Nimara about the issue, they immediately blamed me for the damage, claiming it was my fault. That is simply not true. The peeling is small but clearly visible, and it’s an obvious sign of poor-quality materials or a manufacturing defect.
For a brand that positions itself as offering quality furniture at premium prices, this is unacceptable. A table that starts peeling within a year is far below the standard anyone should expect. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, Nimara chose to dismiss my concern — which makes the experience even worse.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Nimara. The quality is not what they promise, and the customer service shows no willingness to stand behind their products.
