Attention - High costs when returning items

I wish I would've read the previous reviews before I placed my order. Would have saved me lots of trouble. The customer service is terrible and by that I don't mean the agents, I mean the company policies.

After measuring my feet and everything, I ordered a paid of Nimbl Ultimates and was so sure that they should be a good fit. But these shoes are so narrow, that it hurt just putting them on. Definitely no shoes for normals sized or a bit wider feet.

When I tried to return the shoes, the chaos began. Since it was over the holidays, I didn't hear anything from customer service for weeks and contacted them through every channel I found. Once I heard back about the return, there was no free return delivery - not even within the EU. So I had to pay 20€ just to return the shoes.

Since there was so much time between me being able to return the package and my order, I completely forgot to return a free promotional item which they placed in the box. Without telling me, they just charged me full price for this promotional item - which was another 20€. After my complaint they just send a link to their Terms & Conditions stating that they have the full right to act the way they did.

Seems like my case wasn't the only case where their policies led to disappointment and anger. Will definitely never order here again.

Great gear. But the customer experience is terrible.

I ordered a pair of Nimbl ULTIMATE EXCEED Pro Edition cycling shoes. The product is genuinely high quality - hand‑made in Italy, very stiff, lightweight, Boa closure, great form and fit. But beware:
- At checkout in the UK, there was zero warning about import taxes - my delivery was blocked by an unexpected £200 charge (~40 % extra).
- Nimbl claims full disclosure is buried in their Terms & Conditions (for non‑EU duty liabilities and deductions on returns) - but no visible notice at point of sale.
- Customer support not only refuses to cover import fees but also insists on deducting re‑import charges should the parcel return undelivered.

Verdict:
Great gear. But the customer experience is terrible: deceptive pricing, hidden fees, and zero accountability. If you’re ordering outside the EU - be prepared to pay up to +40 % extra, often only when delivery is attempted.

Scam, never receive

After ordering my shoes, there was a delivery problem. The package is marked as delivered, but I received nothing. I contacted their customer service, and for several months, nothing has progressed; I have never been refunded.

It's purely a scam; I paid for something I didn't receive, and the customer service is non-existent.

I was extremely excited when I saw the…

I was extremely excited when I saw the shoes and their design but that’s about as far as it goes as it’s now more than two weeks since my order with only an invoice but no update on delivery times or anything.
If your a niche brand communicate to your consumers that you need time to produce the shoes and then it’s okay but this is very unclear on the website and branding guidelines that the shoes are made upon order.
I tried reaching out for assistance and an update and all I got told was I will check with my colleagues and no response after
This happened 3 times in Instagram. Email and their webpage contact. The website also offers little ability to contact direct for support. I had to use my PayPal merchant account where I paid for the shoes to find their email addresses. Their isn’t a contact number on website or anything.
The product is stunning however the lack of customer support and care completely deters me from spending 500 euros on shoes with them again.
Now let’s just hope they arrive as it’s 2 weeks now and counting.
