I ORDERED FROM NINABOX DIRECTLY TWICE: THE FIRST WAS RIGHT, BUT THE SECOND WAS TERRIBLE!! THEY WROTE ME THAT THE ORDER CAN'T BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME BECAUSE THEY DON'T FIND THE ADDRESS (BUT IT WAS THE SECOND TIME, SO THEY COULD DELIVER IT). I TRYED TO EMAIL THEM MANY TIMES BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER EVER!!!!!!! I LOST MY ORDER AND THEY DON'T GIVE MY MONEY BACK!
DIFFERENT SITUATION IF YOU ORDER BY AMAZON: AMAZON IS CLEAR AND SERIOUS. THE JEWLERY OF NINABOX IS QUITE GOOD, BRILLIANT AND VERY NICE...IT'S VERY PITY THAT THEY ARE SO BAD.
