Bassissima qualità

Ho acquistato un paio di pantaloni alla cifra di 30 Euro fidandomi delle immagini pubblicate sul loro sito.
Il prodotto ricevuto dopo circa 10 giorni è cucito malissimo e non assomiglia affatto a quello pubblicizzato.
Alla mia richiesta di rimborso mi è stato proposto un rimborso ridicolo del 10%, imputando la mia insoddisfazione a un problema di posizionamento dei bottoni...assolutamente ridicolo.
Sul sito c'è scritto: soddisfatti o rimborsati. Io vorrei restituire e ottenere il mio rimborso ma il servizio clienti non risponde più.
