Massive disappointment!
I bought a couple of slip dresses from Nina Rose Silk in their sale. At £30 each (down from £68), sadly they were too good to be true! The quality is acceptable for £30, but really not great and is definitely not worth the full price tag. The dresses are incredibly short, I’m 5’9 and they’re definitely not appropriate to be worn out. Beware of the measurements advertised online, as I measured myself beforehand and the bust is too tight, again making it inappropriate to be worn out. The website clearly states that the items were non-refundable, which I accept, but am really disappointed with the response that I received from them when I emailed to let them know that I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase. In response, they reiterated that my items were non-refundable and there’s nothing more they could do. I’m not expecting a refund, but it would have been nice for them to acknowledge and apologise for the disappointing quality. Clearly just another Instagram scam, who don’t care for customer feedback and good service!
