Online NEO SCAM BANK
Online neo bank, no physical location, worst customer service. On google play the company workers leave false reviews. When talking to them the only options are the chat widget on their website with a two hour wait time or via email correspondence and it seems they only have two (2) customer service employees working full time!
I found it strange when I first signed up no identification was requested from me, but I was given a BSB and account number. I can't send money to an outside source only to others within the app. Soon as I had deposited over one thousand dollars they locked my account over the weekend requesting identification documents that should of been requested before starting the account. It took a number of days to regain access to my funds.
I forgave them and continued using the service but only for small transaction. As I only have a virtual credit card but it's useful for online shopping and sending money to my bf...
More recently I have had my account locked again, this time they claimed that they were looking into a transaction for unknown reasons, once again my account was locked over the weekend but no one was available for assistance until Tuesday. And when I wrote back to them I still have not received a response.
Don't use this scam bank!
