Once again, I am writing about Nine Casino because they have been messing with me for almost two months and now they have done something unacceptable!
Not only did they not respond to my emails, but the chat had to send an email about a questionnaire they were asking for (if it wasn't for the chat, I wouldn't even have known I had to respond to this questionnaire).
I understand that there are extensive verifications of customer accounts, but this time, they have crossed the line. Nine Casino is VIOLATING MY PRIVACY by asking about personal transactions. None of the transactions in question involve Nine Casino, but they are only asking to further delay the verification and the transfer of my money!
I'm not talking about the “normal” questionnaire they ask about my source of income, how much I earn/spend... This is a questionnaire with questions about personal transactions between friends/family that should be none of their business. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND VIOLATES MY PRIVACY!!
Unfortunately, knowing how this bookmaker has treated me, I had to answer all the questions in detail (to see if they can understand or if they need a drawing).
I hope this is the last questionnaire and the last documents Nine Casino asks me for. They are trying to keep my money and delay the verification process, which has already lasted almost 2 months!! I WON'T LET THEM!!!!
