Refund not received

1. Continue to advertise a product they do not actually have.
2. Sold a product to me, accepted payment. When I followed up 10 days later they said, oops, we don't have that product. Would you like a coupon!????
3. Asked for full refund. It has been 6 working days and refund not received in accordance with email.

I sent a payment to your Company…

I sent a payment to your Company December 28 25 fo $943.53 canadian and was later told that a credit had been issued to my account. To date I have not received any credit please advice

Excellent service and follow-up

I received an excellent follow-up regarding my request for a refund of my purchase. The instructions were clear and provided in a timely fashion. The only concern is related to the return policy that mentioned a refund but without the cost related to the return of the product. Usually, the return is free but it’s not clearly indicated in the policy of the company.
